My second time at this property. Love it.

We were in town to visit our son and granddaughter for two nights and to host Christmas Eve dinner for just the four of us. Comfortable spaces, good lighting, modern bathrooms, attractive decor. The kitchen is nicely equipped for cooking, but with no dishwasher it would not be great for a larger family. And it was a nice treat to have a few Christmas decorations!.

This home is in a wonderful location that allowed us to easily get everywhere that we wanted. We enjoyed the lovely home, but perhaps were most impressed with the attentive owner of the home. I shared an observation about the house (an issue we could live with) and the owner came over to fix the problem at a convenient time for us.

Great place! Stayed there with my family before the wedding. Very cozy. Great location, close to Main Street. Loved the porch swing (great spot for a morning coffee).

This house is perfect for a stay in Boerne. You can walk throughout the Historic District to all the shops, restaurants and sights. It's quiet and safe and the neighbors nearby are very nice. The property manager is super nice and responsive. I love this house!

My sis and I took our 95 yr. old mom to Boerne for Mother's Day weekend. The home was beautifully nostalgic and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The beds were all very comfortable and accommodating. We played games on the kitchen table and sat in the front porch swing enjoying a most relaxing and peaceful time.

A darling vintage house with modern conveniences. Located within steps of the popular Dodging Duck Bar and Restaurant and the Cibolo Creek walking trail. An ideal spot for a small group to experience Boerne.

The location was great, easy 5 min walk to all of downtown Main St. I stayed with my two kids and just enough for us to spread out yet not too far. The house had personality and cute. The house was clean; however, some of the furniture looked well past its time. The floors creaked like an old house but it’s fine unless you want to try and be quiet in the morning. I’d stay here again.

This property is ideally located. It is a short walk to downtown and so many facilities. Three good restaurants are from half a block, to one block away. We went to all of them and they were very good. Cibilo creek is is about 60 yds away and it has a lovely river walk. The layout of the rooms are excellent and can house 5 comfortably. It was nice to have a private back yard as well.

Great location- totally updated house. Would be nice to have exterior lighting - we got there late and really couldn’t see the front porch area. Otherwise we totally enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay, it was perfect for our family of six. The house is charming. The location was great, in close proximity to anything you need in Boerne but also within close enough driving distance to experience several different activities the Hill Country has to offer. The Dodging Duck was a family friendly added bonus you can walk to for dinner.

Perfect Location
Lovely restored home near downtown Boerne. We were able to walk to the river which provides a beautiful walking trail to all the shops, restaurants, etc... historic Boerne has to offer. Dodging Duck and Little Gretel are two restaurants within a block of the home.

We could not of been happier with not only the house, but it’s perfect location. We rented this our family trip and were happily surprised to see it was decorated for Christmas. This was a huge plus for my family while being away during the holiday and made it feel more like home. The house was clean and had what we needed. Taking the back neighborhood roads is a quick walk into town where they are bakeries, shopping, and coffee shops. Across the street is the walk along the river where my children loved going to see the ducks. Also right next door was a delicious brewery/restaurant where we ate often. It was the perfect spot and even has a good size yard where kids can play. Great rental and highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. Space was great for our needs. Loved the porch swing on the front porch. Appreciated the off street parking. Some noise and traffic from nearby local restaurant. Near the river walkway. We would have appreciated a pizza cutter and full length mirror. Would stay again.
