Location was very good, in the center of Haro. The views were beautiful and the second bedroom and both bathrooms were spacious. Elevator and building were nice. Plenty of paid parking in front which made it easier to load and unload our suitcases. We moved the car to the free parking (nearby but uphill) afterwards.

The apartment has maintenance issues, doesn't provide a bath mat for both bathrooms and the beds are very hard. One of the primary reasons we booked the apartment was for the spa tub. However, it did not work. We tried the switch on the wall but it didn't work. One of the buttons on the tub didn't appear to be functioning correctly. We notified Fali who only told us to turn on the switch (which we already had done). Also the shade in the smaller bathroom was stuck and would not close making it impossible to sleep for siesta and difficult at night. I notified Fali within a couple of hours of checking in and she said that she would notify the owners. The next day, after no resolution I notified Fali again who told me to pull on the cord to lower it. (I've rented dozens of apartments in Spain and know how to lower blinds). I then sent her a video of the issue and her response was for me to pull on the top of the shade. This would require me to open a window, stand on a chair and reach a shade with a drop of four stories below.....just a little dangerous. She offered to fix it at that point but we were already out for the evening (it was after 8:30 pm) and were leaving the next morning). Only one bath towel and one hand towel was provided for each guest. This would have been fine except for the smaller bathroom did not have a bath map so we had to use the hand towel as the bath map (to avoid slipping) so essentially only had a bath towel. Beds in both bathrooms were quite hard and there was a lot of street noise in the smaller bedroom (even though the location was on the fourth floor).

Excellent location, parking right out front, easy walk to the centre and tapas bars. We arrived during fiesta but the windows were very good, and provided a good spot to watch the parades passing by. Very spacious rooms and bathroom. Plenty of plates, cups and glasses for us to use Lift to 4th floor

Clean flat with good facilities and central to restaurants and bars.

pillows could be more substantial

Downtown (2-3 minutes walk from anything), easy parking (for a fee), spacious apartmentment and the person who handed the keys was super friendly.

Nothing for breakfast (not even coffee or tea) or even a bottle of water and the mattress could have beeen a little better.
