did not have certain amenities, like a washing machine, cleaning products,( basic salt & pepper)

Location was superb, Apartment was beautiful and very comfortable. Views generally very good. Local restaurants were good and bar at end of villages (Tollero) was great with spectacular views. There was a nice little beach in the villages and you could hire a couple of sun beds and umbrella for a reasonable fee. Easy to drive (or bus) into other nearby resorts i.e. Lerici and other towns like Le Grazie or Porto Venere are well worth a visit by road or boat trip from Lerici.

Despite asking the rep for a couple of extra things and him assuring us they would be delivered they never showed up! We asked for a toaster, 2 extra pillows (only 2 available) and a couple of adapters as there wasn't enough to power even the electrical appliances in the kitchen. The kitchen could also use some oven gloves. We asked and were told we could have a late check-out i.e. 12pm but the cleaners came knocking at 10am which was very annoying! Had to explain we we given permission but they weren't aware of this arrangement. There was no light in the kitchen area so made life difficult when cooking (think there may be a bulb in cooker hood but not working. Although the view was spectacular but was not entirely as per the advertised pictures as there were cables which were not shown it the advertised pictures.
