I Loved Everything About The Property It Was So Peaceful And So Beautiful!!!!

Having a kitchen almost fully equipped was nice. Liked the grill but wished it was charcoal though. Good location to go to town and areas around Hot Springs. Host allowed us to use a extra mattress that was in a bedroom closet rather than the couches bed. It was mostly quiet. Plenty of hot water and pressure.

No fire pit to roast marshmallows. Bbq grill was gas as stated. Beds are memory foam, had to rotate it so it wasn't so sinkable. Door handles leading to the deck were loose, so we tightened them up except for the extra bed room top screw would not tighten due to it not being installed properly. Upon arrival found several cabinet doors where the hinges were loose on the kitchen cabinets and some of the doors to the rooms. I did tighten everything up so they functioned properly. The light under the microwave was burnt out and one in the spare bedroom. Notified the host and was ginen the bulb for the microwave to replace but was told the one in the bathroom would have to wait till after our stay. The couch bed upon our inspection has crumbs on it. The docks water is not very deep. Lots of branches and moss. Could not swim their but to that and their is a sign hanging on the outside of the fence saying "Swim at your own risk Potential electrical shock hazzard". So that was disappointing. Ran out of dishwasher pods on the last day. The washer wouldn't fill up properly even with deep fill option on. Then drying the clothes took 4X to dry. Discovered the dryer hose was kinked. After moving it so the air could flow it dried properly. Their was a stiff wash rag from the previous tenants left hanging over the shower rod. The blinds to the deck area on all rooms need trimmed better on both sides so they can open and close properly.
