Great location for Mt Maunganui and Tauranga.
The accommodation is a basement flat in a house, with the owner living upstairs. There was lots of space, and had a great shower.
We got a bit confused when we arrived as there was no sign and it appeared to just be a home. We arrived after dark, but it would be great to have some signage.

The place was homely and felt warm and welcoming, Owen was very accommodating and the place was nice and clean and very warm considering the cold weather. Great value for money.
There was nothing I didn't like, I fully enjoyed my time spent there.

Great location, comfortable lots of room
All good really. Only thing was maybe a dust around the tv and on top of the fridge and microwave needed but otherwise excellent

Great location if you like to shop or golf. Central to Bayfair, the Mt and the beach. Five steps from the back door and your on the driving range. Very quiet location. The bed was super comfortable and a king size! Great shower and pressure.

Main bed probably needs a new mattress.

Lovely quiet downstairs flat, backing onto a practice fairway of Tauranga golf course. Property was on a busy road, however it was very quiet inside the unit and shops and beach were close by. About 10 minutes' easy drive to Mt Manganui.

Nice and spacious, you have a whole one-bedroom flat to spread out in that sleeps 4, great value for money.
Great entertainment watching the golfers practising on the driving range.
Flat is situated away from the street with no traffic on the other side so it was nice and quiet.
Close to New World - 5 min drive.
Only negative was being woken up at 5.30am by owner moving around (and the front door being slammed) but I think that's the nature of his job? Other than that, it was all good.

Very comfortable and plenty of room, with everything we needed. Only stayed the one night, could have easily stayed longer.
Only a few minutes drive to the main part of Mt Manganui so very convenient. Driveway a little hard to find as the houses are quite close together, just need to take it slowly on approach.
