Owners were just perfect. They helped with everything we needed. They were kind towards everyone. Close to everywhere. You can also use the bus to reach the beaches which are far from center. We enjoyed staying at this property

They are not cleaning the room until you ask for it. It was written in the rules about the room. So take this into account

the rooms are quite small, but still very comfortable!

Very beautiful and cozy place to have some rest. Host kindly helped us to find perfect beach for getting sun bath. I would like to mention breakfast. I can say that it was one of the best Turkish breakfasts I ever had. I was glad I chose this place to stay. Room is very tidy and clean. Bed is comfortable.

The 17sqm room is actually smaller than 10sqm - at least the one offered to me, my "balcony" was actually a common terrace in front of the room

Breakfast was really lovely, made us feel really welcome nothing was too much trouble for them, even the other guests were lovely towards us, as our Turkish is awful, great location to get into town, and visit local beaches either by water taxi or along the coast, we will defiantly be back to stay here we loved it, Thank you for making us feel so welcome see you soon

Breakfast was good - as per the reviews

Sadly the property did not meet expectations and the room was small and poorly planned. We had a fridge that didn't work and asked on many occasions for it to be looked at and even though we were promised it would be fixed/sorted in 5 days nothing changed. There was no room to manoeuvre at all which caused discomfort and the room had zero facilities and no bathing accessories (shampoo, soap, etc). It said it has parking, however it is not a dedicated parking area, its merely directly below the hotel on a strip. Which they park for you and then bring out for you when you need - which can be painful when you need to get out on time. Furthermore, the owner asked me if i could pay in cash (which was a big amount and that i didn't carry on me) she pleaded nicely and to do her a favour i said i could withdraw half the amount in cash and pay the other half in card. But this ended up costing me an extra £50 just to withdraw that amount and she did not compensate for that amount, which meant i overpaid for the hotel. I did this as a favour being a fellow Turk, but it was uncomfortable and unfair on my part. This and everything else made the stay mediocre and for us wanting to leave sooner. Sadly won't be staying here again.
