Cet appartement de standing situé dans un écrin de verdure et refait à neuf vous accueillera dans un cadre spacieux, lumineux et climatisé.
La chambre parentale propose un lit de 160x190cm.
La seconde chambre, modulable, peut accueillir jusque 4 personnes selon vos besoins. Lit en hauteur de 140x190cm et au sol au choix un lit de 160x190cm ou deux lits jumeaux de 80x190cm.
Nous fournissons les draps, les couettes et housses de couettes nécessaires. L'ensemble de la literie est neuf.
La première salle de bain est équipée d'une grande douche à l'italienne, la seconde d'une douche d'angle classique et d'un lave linge neuf.
Les serviettes de toilettes sont également fournies (2 par personnes).
La cuisine est complètement équipée (lave vaisselle, four, micro-ondes, cafetières, presse agrume, grille pain, bouilloire ...etc). La quasi entièreté de l'équipement est neuf.
Le double salon aéré saura vous proposer un large espace de convivialité.
De nombreux rangements sont possibles dans les chambres/couloir.
Bénéficiant d'une large terrasse de 50m2 accessible de toutes les pièces de vie, elle est largement équipée pour y déjeuner, prendre un café, bronzer ou tout simplement se relaxer.
Des stores sauront vous protéger du soleil au besoin.
Un garage est à votre disposition au sous-sol.
La résidence bénéficie aussi d'un gardien de jour comme de nuit et d'un jardinier qui entretien le parc l'entourant.
Elle propose également une piscine - utilisable en accord avec la législation covid (ouverte de juin à septembre).
L'appartement est non fumeur et n'accueille pas les animaux.
Idéalement situé à l'entrée du cap d'Antibes, vous êtes à proximité des plages, de la gare, de tous les commerces à pied.
Les sites touristiques aux environs recommandés par les locaux sont le Musée Picasso d'Antibes, la promenade du cap, le massif de l'Esterel, la vieille ville d'Antibes avec son fameux marché provençal, le Vieux Nice (architectures et intérieurs), Monaco, Cannes, Marineland ...
La liaison routière ou ferroviaire vous permet aussi de faire un séjour en Italie toute proche ou dans la vallée des merveilles.
Enfin nous accordons beaucoup d'attentions et de soins au confort de nos locataires. Des personnes interviennent très rapidement en cas de besoin.

Seriously recommend this apt. for location, amenities and exceptional management. Can't beat a 10 minute walk to the beaches, many grocery stores, nice restaurants and the fantastic Eric Keyser bakery! The apartment is spacious and comfortable and if the weather is good, the balcony makes for beautiful outdoor living. Your hosts, Valerie, Barbara and my favorite, Barbara's mother who lives in the building, are the best VRBO host ever!

We loved staying in our apartment in Juan les pins. A beautiful place with everything we needed.
It is a short walk to antibes where you can see museums, go to the market and enjoy the beautiful city. And then you can walk back to our quieter area and enjoy the pool, and the lovely terrace. Easy to walk out at night and eat in one of the many great restaurants in Juan les pins.

Our family of 5 stayed in this apartment and we were very comfortable. Valerie greeted us and did an excellent job of getting us settled in. There is everything that you need to stay for several days. The kitchen is well equipped and we were going leased to have a washing machine.
We walked to several of the nearby beaches. It usually took us about 10 minutes. All the nearby beaches were fabulous.
Our family was very pleased with this lovely bright apartment.

We wanted a quiet location not far from the busy towns of Juan Les Pain & Antibes. From the moment of booking and the excellent communication from Valerie, it was clear it was a good find. Up on arrival it just got better, we had found a fantastically located property very well kept with everything you needed to hand. Valerie was just brilliant in accommodating our arrival and checking us into the apartment. We had an excellent weeks stay and we hope to return again soon!!!

We arrived at Juan Les Pins train station and phoned Valerie who immediately said she would come and pick us up. This was a lovely surprise and it was made better when Valerie drove us to the apartment and pointed out places of interest on the way. She gave us a tour of the apartment complex which included the garage, bin storage, swimming pool and our very well stocked apartment, everything we needed was there. We also received a fabulous bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine....a really nice touch. Valerie said we could contact her at any time if we needed anything. The apartment was very very clean and the balcony had lots of seats and tables. The apartment gets the morning sun which was a bit disappointing for us as we like to enjoy the afternoon sun but this did not take away from our enjoyment of the space. You can walk to Juan les Pins in a couple of minutes and c.10 minutes along by the seafront to Antibes. We were able to stay longer on our departure date which was really brilliant. Overall we would recommend this apartment and Valerie was so good at communicating at all times.

We have just come back from a week in this apartment and it was perfect for us. It is absolutely spotless and really well equipped - not only with white goods and utensils, but also with cupboard essentials which makes such a difference when flying as can't bring anything. The terrace is huge enabling us to eat all our meals outside. The apartment is ideally located for both Antibes and Juan Les Pins Les Pins and the walk pleasant - downhill on the way to either of these and so uphill on the way back, which was absolutely fine for us, especially as coming back to a lovely cool air-con apartment which helped to make our stay so comfortable.
Some photos show a road from the balcony but that should not be a concern as it is so quiet. The whole residence was very quiet and peaceful during out stay.
The host Valerie is absolutely wonderful and so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. She held on to our luggage on the first day and the last day so we could enjoy the beach before having access to the apartment and after having checked-out. Makes a a huge difference to have had this as not everywhere offers this.
We will definitely come back to this apartment if we ever go back to Antibes.

Excellent apt!
This was our second visit to this apt. Great apt with good location. Walking distance to cities, but also to beach, shops, restaurants, train, groceries etc. Private parking. Clean and well kept. Quiet area and friendly neighbors. All bedrooms now have AC. All equipment worked as expected. Will come back again if we can.

This is a very well situated apartment between Antibes and Juan le Pins. Easy transportation along coast using the train. Walking distance to all the resort has to offer.

Perfect Convenient Getaway
This apartment is even better than described! It's clean, spacious, airy, sunny and comfortable. It is equipped with everything you need and conveniently located near easy food shopping and a pharmacy (for convenient pre-flight COVID testing). Two beaches are within walking distance. The manager was friendly, answered all questions. The neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely like to return.

Bonne première expérience
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement , tout est absolument conforme à la description, tout est refait à neuf , appartement hyper propre et équipé du moindre detail ..vaisselle , meubles, accessoire cuisine .La literie est très confortable .
L’ endroit est calme ,rempli de verdure et la terrasse est magnifique .
bonne situation géographique, il se situe à environ 8 min à pied de Juan les pins ou Antibes .
Grand point positif, Barbara est toujours disponible et répond très rapidement à vos questions , très avenante et hyper gentille .
Le seul hic , c’est la piscine , des horaires restreints et un monde fou a tout heure !
