Everything was clean and awesome. A simple and easy walk to the beach. Growing up in the Mobile area I was proud to call this kinda sorta home for a few days!

Overall a nice condo and great complex. Unit has some items that need repair…ice machine in bar area did not work, only one heating element in oven so took a long time to heat up, entry light too dim to see for laundry use, garbage disposal was not working at first, one bedroom did not have drawer storage.

Beach views were awesome!! Room was nice and clean. Refrigerator Ice marker did not work. I would definitely stay again.

I loved the location of the condo and the ease of the pool and beach access. The condo has plenty of room but the living area needed an additional comfortable chair or two. There were numerous repairs that need to be made and they were all reported to Vacasa.

We loved the smaller size of the complex. Good size pool, hot tub and grill area. Easy stroll to the pool and beach. Plenty of room on the beach. Size of individual unit was sufficient. **Major plus is an ice maker in condo for ice chests**. Looks like the complex has had many recent improvements and they were currently renovating an elevator.

Very nice...only problem was the coffee pot did not work...there was another one stored in the cabinet but it too had some problems. The third coffee pot in the cabinet did not work as well. We played around with the second one and was able to make some coffee but the unit needs a new one. Also would be nice to provide coffee filters...I had to use a paper towel the first morning. Overall...great place and I plan to rebook in the future.

There was construction on the building that at one point involved a man outside our balcony so we had to close the curtains while we ate breakfast. This didn’t ruin our trip but these details would’ve been good to know in advance because I honestly wouldn’t have stayed there if I had known.

Very comfortable place to enjoy the beach and snuggle into when the weather is not perfect. We have everything we need to enjoy our respite from winter snow and ice. Nicely appointed and very comfortable.

This is a nonsmoking facility. There was smoking everywhere. I could not enjoy our beautiful balcony view, too much smoke from other balconies. Had to kept doors shut to kept smoke out. Smoking at the pool, smoking at the hot tub, smoking at the beach.

Our family enjoyed our vacation stay at the Spanish Key. The condo was well-maintained, clean and the check-in/check-out was very easy. We will stay here again and highly recommend this spot. Note: the pool bracelets were not provided at check-in, but the management company was able to address the situation during check-out.

Our family enjoyed our vacation stay at the Spanish Key. The condo was well-maintained, clean and the check-in/check-out was very easy. We will stay here again and highly recommend this spot. Clean and nice condo! Looks just like advertised. The parking is terrible. Most families travel in larger vehicles and you couldn't get them into the tight parking spots. Some people took two spots so that they wouldn't hit other vehicles. If you are in a compact car you are fine.
