Superlekker en overvloedig ontbijt, voor elk wat wils, alles supervers. Groot pluspunt was ook , wat over was van het ontbijt werd verwerkt in een verzorgde picknick, die zeker welkom was na een stevige wandeling .
Het supervriendelijke en welgemeende onthaal van Michel en Livy was hartverwarmend, we hadden onmiddellijk het gevoel van thuiskomen.

The warmed swimming pool and the dog. The owners are super nice. Very large and delicious breakfast. Spacious rooms.
The bed was a bit too soft, quite expensive but you do get what you pay for

The property is fantastic with plenty space around to relax indoor or outdoor if you didn’t want to sit in your room and it even has a heated pool outside for the warmer nights. The hosts were amazing and couldn’t be anymore helpful, breakfast was superb!

Tastefully decorated and clean B & B, with the owners hosting their guests in the warmest and most professional way. First choice for who looks for a short stay in the Balen area. Additionally: do not skip breakfast - freshly made, high quality, abundant, served at the table by the owners !

super clean and tidy! the entire property is modern and the facilities are in tiptop shape. the staff is beyond hospital and doing the extra mile for the guests with love and a smile!!

We had an amazing 2 weeks at B&B Rosselaer. The location was excellent, set in its own extensive grounds with a lovely, heated swimming pool. The decor was faultless and the bed was really comfortable.
Michel and Livy were the perfect hosts - so friendly and helpful. They even collected us from the station and drove us to and from the car hire company.
Michel also cooked for us on 2 occasions a gorgeous 4 course meal! We can’t thank them enough for making our stay so special.
Everything was perfect.
