Wow amazing! This place has beach access and is exceptionally clean and great location. Perfect weekend away! If I had one thing to add it would be to stock the kitchen with coffee filter and maybe some sugar and oil! Great for cooking but needs some extra things. Will def be back!

Great little getaway with plenty of room!!

Spacious condo on the beach. Great kitchen and breezy decks with excellent furniture. Vacasa was not very responsive or customer focused, but the condo was great

The condo was wonderful decorated beautifully. Everything you needed. My only concern was the port a pots right next to the deck. I know that’s not the owners doing but the could be moved to other side.

Beautiful condo on a lovely beach! The location is ideal as it is close to everything but still feels quiet and peaceful. The condo has lots of space and amenities. We loved the fireplace making it cozy in December and the beachy Christmas decor.

We love everything the stile the view to the sea the decoration and it has everything like your own home and was clean we are looking forward to come and stay again thanks

This home was clean and had great beach access.

I had a wonderful time vacationing with my sister. We are retired and both needed some time to relax by the water. With the condo being on the beach we were able to sit on the deck and watch and listen to the waves when the weather wasn’t good enough to sit on the beach itself. The place was clean and had all modern top end appliances. We spent several evenings sitting in the family room watching movies on the large screen tv with the electric fireplace and a bag of popcorn. I’m looking forward to coming back with my wife.

The location was great for a long weekend off season trip. Even the non “beach front” units have a great view of the beach. The guest room was perfect for two young children and the entire unit was up to date and very guest friendly.

I have to say that this was not my best experience on this get away. Please not the issues below: 1) We thought we booked our trip through VRBO but we ended up with a third party group! 2) I tried making contact with you a little after 6 AM, at 2 PM we are still hearing crickets (nothing) 3) we finally called a number once we arrived to try to check in a few minutes earlier, but the person told us we have to wait until 4 period (this was 3:30 PM) 4) So at 4:05 PM we tried to enter the property, the combination sent did not work. 5) Called back the second person sent me another combination, didn’t work. 6) Called back they tried over the phone to get me in ( no luck) after 3 or 4 new combinations. 7) some other tenant from another unit said he had the same problem, he had to get the local Vacasa office to let him in. 8) after contacting the local office, the first thing I asked for was a full refund so I could have went and checked in to a local hotel. Of course she said unfortunately no, but she was really nice. She said hopefully we can knock something off your bill, but I haven’t seen that yet. 9) Finally some nice guys came and let me into the unit, but we were really boiling by that time 10) after getting into the unit, it was really nice and clean but the parking lot and entrance was in really bad shape. All the pot hole were filled with water and mud the 2 days we were there. 11) keep in mind that each time we left the unit we had to ride through the mud and water in a $120K car (not good). 12) like the I said the unit was really nice and it had everything needed to accommodate us. We were pleasantly surprised at how super “homey,” immaculately clean, such close beach access, fully stocked, perfectly decorated and how very family friendly this unit was! It is a true gem! My family’s favorite “home away from home” thus far in our 5 consecutive year beach vacation getaway!

My family loves the condo and the easy beach access. We read from other reviews about the public beach access parking being next to it so we weren’t surprised. I wish there was a fence between the place because it’s awkward sitting in the balcony and seeing people using the shower outside. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. The condo was lovely and clean. Thank you!

Spinnaker 1D was absolutely wonderful! Very clean and updated. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals with ease throughout the week. The sofa bed came in handy for a little extra space for the kids to spread out at night and the beach closet was stocked full of beach accessories. We will be booking Spinnaker 1D again next year!

Spinnaker 1D was absolutely wonderful! Very clean and updated. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals with ease throughout the week. The sofa bed came in handy for a little extra space for the kids to spread out at night and the beach closet was stocked full of beach accessories. We will be booking Spinnaker 1D again next year!

Beautiful place and perfect location

This was such an incredibly nice place to stay. It was comfortable, plenty of space for 4 adults. All updated appliances and a modern beachy look and feel. The description of this place does not do it justice! They had everything you needed in the kitchen (minus salt and pepper), they had coffee maker, and a kurig, toaster, and blender. The washer and dryer were very nice as well. Smooth check in, as we were sent the door combination the day of. Condo was ready at 4pm as stated. They also had a lot of beach gear which was not listed in the description. There were 2 umbrellas, at least 3 maybe 4 beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, and even a small cooler. They also had Netflix and cable, games, cards, etc etc. The place was spotless and clearly had been cleaned very well. We enjoyed the location as it seemed to be more secluded compared to a sky rise condo— however the public beach access is literally right next door. We didn’t even notice though. Such a nice place. As I said before, the description of this place doesn’t do it justice. I hope to visit again very soon. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

This condo was so cute…that’s why I rated it a 5!!! However, we were extremely disappointed in Vacasa management which I would not rate a 5!

It was conveniently located and a little away from the touristy stuff, but close enough to visit. Our only issue was that the ceiling fan in the master bedroom didn't appear to be working. We enjoyed the beach which is conveniently located just steps away. Both decks have nice chairs where you can see some of the beach and catch the sunset. The only downside of this property, but not a dealbreaker, is that it overlooks the public access parking lot which was fairly busy. Overall, a great place to stay!

This is the second year in a row that we’ve stayed here. It’s a great location and nicely decorated. Right on beach. We like not being in a huge complex. The only negative we have is that the beds were super uncomfortable. We would want to make sure those were replaced before we would book again.

We felt very much at home with everything we needed to enjoy our two week stay in this beautiful condo. The location is perfect for a relaxing vacation. We would definitely stay again.
