Plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 children. The fire pit was a nice touch. We had a great stay.

This was by far the best pet friendly home we've ever stayed at close to the beach. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for our three families (my daughters, son-in-laws, grandchildren and myself). The drive to the beach was short(about 5 minutes) and Hilse, the host, could not have been more responsive! She was so helpful and quick to answer my questions. On top of all of that, she left ingredients for s'mores which made my family very happy.

My wife grew up doing family vacations to Bethany beach and we all wanted to relive those days. There were 8 of us (2 were toddlers) in total and we were very comfortable. The house was clean and up to date. The host had excellent communication and responded to any questions almost immediately. Would highly recommend.

Property was clean and as advertised. Had some minor hiccups with appliances (that couldn’t be predicted ) and management was quick to remedy.

This was out third stay at this home - a lovely destination. 3 adults plus two cocolate labs had plenty of room in this modern, tidy, well-kept, comfortable home. Huge master bedroom suite, high ceilinged living room/kitchen/dining room - open floor plan. 5 minute drive to the beach and all the good restaurants around Bethany Beach. Hilse and Jon are responsive and informative so let them know if you need anything at all. Just remember to bring your own comforters for the beds, towels and personal items - it's not a hotel! 5 stars!

Fantastic home with 4 great bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The semi-private loft was spacious. Nice quiet neighborhood. Short distance from Bethany Beach.

We took a quick trip to Bethany Beach with our kids and puppy. What a charming town! This house is wonderfully outfitted with EVERYTHING we needed, from the coffee maker to the dog gates. It is large and comfortable and beautifully decorated. Just a quick drive to the beach and boardwalk. I would recommend this home to anyone and would love to come back.

This house was perfect for multiple families. We had 6 adults, 4 teenagers and dogs. The owner was very responsive in returning messages and we will definitely rent this house again.

The home was perfect for our friends reunion. Two families totaling 10 people had adequate space to spread out. We loved the open layout with large kitchen.

We had a great time at this home with my family (young kids). I loved that the home was not personalized so it felt more like a hotel check in. They even left items for smores which was a nice gesture! Overall, great house and really nice neighbors! Only 7 minutes from Bethany!

We enjoyed our stay at this proper and the overall Bethany beach area. A few noticeable/suggestions items: coal lit grill instead of propane; check properly to ensure everything is working and cleaned (I.e, vent in living room under staircase was dirty with pet hair; patio umbrella didn’t work and was dirty; no full length mirrors and loft tv remote needed batteries). Overall, we would stay here again. Thanks for the nice accommodations during our family vacation.

This house was amazing! I am very picky about cleanliness which is one of the reasons we chose this house. It was spotless and spacious. The hosts were responsive and the location was perfect. We went to Fenwick daily and were also very close to downtown. We will definitely be back! It was the best vacation!

The property mgr was very responsive to questions regarding the area and allowing us a smooth check in. Property was clean and roomy for our large group. Close to numerous fun areas and restaurants so minimal time spent in cars. Missed having pool access with this property rental but overall stay went well. Would recommend renters bring tabletop skillet for cooking because there are minimal pans for large crowd cooking . Grill access was super helpful for dinners on site .

We stayed in this home for 5 nights in June. The house has a welcoming ambience, quite roomy and clean. The pictures and description online were accurate. It is also just a short drive to the Bethany boardwalk. The owners were gracious to mail back to my son-in-law a valuable item that he accidentally left in the house. The house will be in our priority list for future vacations in Bethany.

This is an excellent place to stay near the beach! The kitchen is very well stocked and has everything you might need. The place is big and beautiful. There were 6 in our party and there was lots of room. The outdoor patio, firepit were nice too!

The property and the neighborhood was absolutely wonderful. The house was clean and was within a decent distance of everything we wanted to see on our vacation. Please know that you will need to provide essentials such as handsoap for all sinks, seasonings, towels, and blankets. However, they do have a gas grill and provided propane, and also a fire pit and provided the materials for smores! If we were to go back, I'd book this place again :)

We had a memorable midweek family getaway in Ocean View. This property is lovely, well-maintained, and a gem of a pet friendly find. Everything was immaculate upon arrival and check-in was seamless. Distance to Garfield (the main drag in Bethany) was short, and due to our Sun-Thur timing just after Memorial Day Weekend, parking nearest the beach was readily available. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet; friendly residents and renters were everywhere. It was lovely to walk our dog and meet other pet owners, as well. Communication with Hilse was smooth and friendly and our questions were answered promptly. Suggestions would be to stock some cereal/ice cream bowls, as large, very shallow soup bowls are not ideal for most things. Also, the roasting sticks, graham crackers, and marshmallows were a nice surprise, but the marshmallows were dated 6/2021, there is no wood for the fire pit (or propane for the grill). All minor details that didn't detract from our stay, but worth mentioning for future renters. Just be prepared to bring or acquire these things during your visit. Our stay was not long enough to warrant a wood or propane run, though we would've enjoyed using the fire pit and grill had it been there. All in all, a wonderful first trip to Bethany Beach for our family!

Our 2nd stay at Hilse’s beach getaway. A clean and sparkling gem in a cute little neighborhood. Minutes from the beach and restaurants. Hilse has everything set up perfectly at the house and she is immediately responsive to any needs. Bethany Beach is so tranquil and pleasant during the off-season. Almost no one at the beach. Our Labroders had a great time too! Thanks Hilse!

We’ll definitely be back! Our first tip to this area will not be our last. The house was extremely welcoming and comfortable. Very spacious and gave us lots of options to read, watch tv, play games or hang out outside on the deck or light a fire and roast marshmallows. Host was extremely responsive to our questions! Looking forward to our next stay!!
