This condo was absolutely amazing. The view was wonderful and the layout was spacious and accommodating. The beds and living room furniture were all very comfortable. I espllved that each room had its own access to the balcony however the door knob in the living room was broken so it was a bummer not to be able to use that door to go outside. My one suggestion would definitely be to add towel hooks or a bar in the bathrooms because there was only one on the back of the door so we felt like we had nowhere to hang bathing suits and towels. Other than those two things it was a perfect stay and we certainly plan to return!

Unit B600 was ideal for our family. The view from the living room was amazing and the balcony was large and could be accessed from all bedrooms. The view was the best you could get. We could see the beach right in front of us and to the left of the balcony we could see the pool area. The unit was awesome and large enough for 9 of us. It was beautifully decorated and met all of our needs with ample enough pots, pans, dishes and flatware. We hated to leave but we will definitely be back. The only negative thing I can say is that, with the counter as big as it is, I wished it would’ve had some stools around it. But even with that said, it wouldn’t stop me from coming back.

Absolutely loved the condo! This is our second stay and actually fell in love with Waterscape our first visit!, but this condo , has absolutely great views! Hoping to bring family next time! I do need to add when we checked in got to our condo and no AC!!! Called the front lobby and within 10 minutes we were getting cool!!

To begin, this unit has to have the most spectacular view of any! We loved the wrap-around balcony and watching the legions of birds that flew nearby. I especially liked the interior decor -- subtle, neutral, and not "tropical" and/or "beachy." The onsite staff were extremely helpful, particularly when we had a problem with a bath tub. This rental was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. It was extremely clean, the Vacasa rental company was phenomenal, and the location plus view were more than words could describe. We will absolutely be back to rent this exact property! Thank you again!!!

This condo brings the heat!! It’s gorgeous, cozy, spacious and checks almost every single box!! The views are what you pay for and love from the moment you get the first glimpse. You have the luxury of sunrise AND sunset views that are unrestricted and gorgeous. The beds and furniture are comfortable, there’s tons of room, there’s a variety of balcony furniture and bathrooms aplenty! The only things missing are a few kitchen amenities that some of the smaller units we’ve stayed in have had such as a crock pot, reusable plastic containers for leftovers, more utensil options such as plastic scrapers, etc. The dishwasher wasn’t performing at its best but I’ve come to expect this as all 7 I’ve stayed in leave something to be desired. There are some rough places in the carpet that need trimmed/repaired and we had a stopped up bathtub that was repaired right away. I went online to book our next stay before even leaving and thought I’d check with the property about a return guest discount only to find the price has increased each day since. I asked about this via the text communication and was told this is standard practice. This is disappointing that one day it’s listed for one price and then 2 days later it’s +$100 for the exact same timeline I checked originally. I also inquired about booking directly with the owners and that was not an option. I would think a company would want to entice and show appreciation to their loyal customers…7th straight year. I’d like some consideration given for that since the repeat discount used to be in place along with a military discount. I LOVE this place and want to feel like we are loved back!

Being able to sit out on the balcony, watch the beautiful sunsets and listen to the waves crash was just what we needed to clear our minds before heading back home to deal with post hurricane issues. Fantastic property! Best furnishings and views out of the whole place! Each bedroom has a beachfront view. Wraparound balcony with enough seating for everyone. Elevator is close to room and takes you straight to beach or pool. Garage parking. We took a Girls Trip for Spring Break 3 adults, 3 kids. Very spacious 3 bedrooms + bonus "room" for bunkbeds. A couple of issues to mention. Living room smelled like urine on couch and/or carpet. Cleaners came to thoroughly clean couch, but the smell is still there. We did not use the sleeper sofa due to this. Carpet probably needs replaced. Living room patio door can only be opened from the outside. Maintenance was called but not fixed. It looks like they tried to fix it with silicone before but the whole handle needs replaced. Nice amenities including coffee maker, Keurig, blender, and toaster. Bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, dishwasher pods. We like to get a Walmart Grocery Pickup for breakfast and lunch foods. Grills are available by the pool. There is a snack hut by the pool but no other restaurants on-site. Stewby's is within walking distance and has the best seafood at a reasonable price. Al's Burger Bar is down the beach with yummy Key Lime Pie Shakes and great sandwiches. The room comes with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. Get there early to reserve yours, because they will be gone. Overall, it was an excellent vacation!

Beautiful, clean, and spacious condo! Our family truly enjoyed the large deck and amazing gulf views. We are excited to plan another trip to Waterscape during warmer weather so we can explore more of the amenities.

The VIEW!! All bedrooms have a beach view! 2 king bedrooms 4 twin beds & sofa & pull out couch!! Slept EVERYONE comfortably!
