Loved the home and amenities. Loved the quick access to the beach!!! Not as crowded like Orange Beach and Gulf Shores which was a great thing for us!! Recommend this place to everyone.

We really loved the location and set up of the condo. Travelling with my two kids, parents and adult brother, we had the right amount of spaces and really appreciated the balcony and the private bathrooms for each bedroom. The unit was really clean and well-equipped for cooking, as vacation houses go. Having said that, we did encounter a few issues. On the first day we arrived, I called maintenance to let them know that the screen door on the balcony door was unusable and one of the shelves in the freezer collapsed when I set something on it. They never followed up, other than sending someone a few days later to remove the screen door. We also had issues with the internet going in and out, which was a big problem because one of us needed to work during the stay. The biggest issue for me was the bed in the middle bedroom- the mattress was very bouncy and the bed frame squeaked whenever someone moved. We were sleeping in the room with little kids (bunk room) so this was really a problem for us. The building itself has good amenities- indoor and outdoor pool, fitness center and showers coming off the beach. The building was undergoing repairs and we did experience noise almost every morning starting around 8am. I tried to work out in the fitness center and it was next to impossible because it does not have working A/C...it was hotter in there than it was outside. One of the elevators is being repaired so it took a very long time to wait for the one that was operational. I know these are nothing within the unit owner's control but I thought it could be important information for those thinking about renting this unit. Overall, if the bed and mattress in the middle room were replaced and building repairs were made, I would stay here again.

we had an incredible stay and would 100% go back. Don't pass the place up. The only thing that was odd was that there was a good amount of water leaking from the ceiling in the master bedroom bathroom above the tub area possibly from the unit above us. I was super busy so I did not have time to contact vacasa to come for maintenance.

This place has everything you need for a wonderful beach experience. Easy access to the beach, responsive management, and great accommodations. We were able to comfortably fit 4 adults and 4 children. Would highly recommend.

The place was very clean and well furnished. The view was well worth the price. Location and grounds were perfect. Only issues we had was the fire alarms going off first few nights. We did call the number that was provided and a service man came out promptly. He replaced 2 of the alarms and changed batteries on another. Next night alarm went off that he didn't do anything with. He promptly came next day and replaced battery. No more fire alarm problems rest of week. Staff was excellent.

It was clean, well supplied kitchen and spacious enough for our crew. There were a few things that needed some attention but place was still functional otherwise. Would come back here is we return to this area.

Spanish Key is a great, relatively uncrowded space, and this unit was perfect and comfortable for our family.

We were very comfortable in this unit. It was fresh, clean, ready when we arrived. There was a shelf coming off the wall, we reported it and the repairman arrived the next day to fix it. Very responsive. We will return.

Our family enjoyed the time spent here. Roomy condo with everything we needed. Easy to get in and out. Well maintained unit and grounds.

The room is beautiful and the description and pictures are completely accurate. the balcony overlooks the beach and the Adirondack chairs are very comfortable. Everything in the facility was great. You are literally walking distance from the Florabama and an easy drive to any Orange Beach or Gulf Shores location. Only issues were communication at check in - there were parking passes but no wristbands which are required. I messaged, texted and emailed to ask if there were certain place to park and to inquire about the wrist bands but my inquiries went unanswered.

View was spectacular. Water was clear, beach and facilities were kept clean.

We have stayed at the Spanish Key for about 4 years and we really love it. The condos are spacious and very nice and the best part is the beach is pretty private and quiet. I only gave Unit 508 a four star because there were light bulbs missing in some fixtures and the sliding door to balcony could not be locked. Also the curtain on sliding door did not have a under panel that could be closed to block out light. So it was always open.

Overall a very nice experience, with a few drawbacks. There seemed to be sand in the bed of one of our girls the first night. There seemed to some sort of short in the switch panel for the light over the dining table, so getting it turned on was tricky. There were no pot holders. The sofa seems pretty worn - probably needs to be replaced soon. Toast in the toaster would not stay down, so it was a useless appliance.
But, the view of the beach was unbeatable, and it was a spacious, comfortable getaway for our family. Whether it was worth the price is debatable.
