-Hospitality. Check in process. You only receive the door code at exactly 4pm of the reserved date.I received the wrong code and had to wait 45 mins after check in time outside the door with all my stuff and my 12 year old daughter.I called and text the Host concerning my dilemma. At 4:45pm, I received a text asking what did I need since the Host was at the office until 6pm. After the host realized that I had in fact received the wrong code, I was given another code with the excuse that it was the system's fault with no accountability. Then I was told to be out by 11am next day. I responded I should be allowed to stay 45mins more since I got 45mins less. The Host was against the reasoning but finally accepted. At 5:15pm I received next text with an apology for the inconvenience and told me I could leave if nothing was touched and she will reimburse 100%. After 30 mins of being there, my daughter was already sleeping in bed from the travelling so I responded it was too late to get another hotel since I'm travelling with a child. -Security. No peep hole on the door for the clients to see who is at the door but have a Smart IOT camera for Host. -MissLeading advertisement. Stayed at building 136, the advertisement said that you will benefit from the lobby, jacuzzi and pool but amenities are at building 120. 2 buildings down the hill. -Cleaning. Had to make sure all dishes is washed and take the garbage out.

Nice studio with a mountain view. The balcony was a great spot to have a drink st sundown.

Noisy neighbours on top of the thinness of the walls and creaky floors.

Clear instructions on what to do when leaving the facility.

No dishwasher when it mentions in the instructions booklet that there is one.

We were on our bikes and it would have been nice to know the building is up a very steep hill!

Close to tremblant for skiing and liked the kitchen area, views are amazing

The only downside was the entrance to the parking lot was pure ice and it was difficult to come in and out due to sliding with the car, very unsafe and there wasn’t any salt or sand put down. I didn’t love this at all.

Pretty noisy and no dishwasher. Cleanliness was so-so as we found hair strands in the bathroom. Bathroom is outdated and needs to be renovated and dishes are very poor quality.

The room was great, loved the bed, very comfortable and clean, good choice of bedding. The appliances were great, TV, fireplace (electric), bathroom was great, kitchen was equipped appropriately.

The only issue was the building sound insulation was not great, you could hear the upstairs people walking, so was the case when people walked on the hallway. The electronic combination key did not worked, we called the property and they promptly provided us with instructions how to access the spare physical key. It was just a very minor 2 min inconvenience.
