property was not clean and no toilet roll - not what was advertised on booking.com

Apart from all the problems with the property, at least the beds were comfy.
The location was in a bad feeling neighbourhood. Basic facilities like soap or toilet paper wasn't even provided. The apartment itself was smelly and sticky and poorly cleaned and obviously bad value for money. However this is not a property, rather a London problem.

Great location for our needs was so nice to have the car parked up safely. Beds were comfy and we loved having our own little house before we left. The staff who were in contact with us were fabulous too. Overall we would definitely come here again we thoroughly enjoyed it , great property!

The main issue we find with the property was cleaning at least once a week including change of bed sheets, towels etc., which was not tackled despite of the fact, we called and asked to replace at least towels.

Location very good
We are a family of four, staying seven nights. But we are only provided with two tissue rolls and three towels for the whole period.

Newly refurbished house. Very clean, spacious and smells really nice. It's located close to shops. The parking space was a bonus. Staff were very friendly and easy to talk to. I highly recommend booking the house.

I really liked the apartment. It had good parking space to park my van, fully furnished, very quiet during the night. Close to all the shops. The staff was very helpful. I highly recommend this apartment and I will definitely book it again!
