The location of this property is terrific, especially for families with younger children who will want to be primarily at the bay. The ability to walk across the street to enjoy the small beach there allows frequent back-and-forth trips during the day. The house is bright and beach-themed (without ever being kitschy--perfect!), and there were so many touches to make it easy for renters to feel comfortable. And the outside shower was a definite plus, as was access to a washer/dryer.

The house was perfectly sized, plenty of room to gather and then to spread out when needed. Lots of stocked items (salt/pepper, hand soap, dishtowels, sponges, coffee filters, garbage bags, games, books, fire wood, extra seating) that made the week even more relaxing. The location was great too, the beach is right across the road, plenty of restaurants nearby, and having the rail trail about 1.5 miles away made traveling around the Cape pretty convenient. The property was well maintained, clean, and decorated very cute. A/c was a godsend too! It is a great propertly!

Perfect family getaway
We absolutely loved this property as a beach getaway for our family of seven. Highlights included its proximity to the beach (can't beat it!) and the attached garage for easy access to our bicycles and stroller. The outdoor shower, clothesline, and washer/dryer were so helpful each day as well.

What an amazing house. Right by the ocean. The house had everything you need in the kitchen. And the washer and dryer was helpful. Very comfortable yard with a Hamic and picnic table, fire pit and grill. The outdoor shower was great.I would have to say the only negative is the 4 o’clock check in time is ridiculous. That was very stressful after lunch we had to sit in the car and wait for like two hours. I feel like a 2 o’clock or 3 o’clock check-in is a lot better. But overall it was a beautiful week

Great location, awesome sunsets!
Home was just as advertised. Great location. We vacationed in September so the beach was really nice (not crowded). It was great to wake up and walk out the door to the beach. Loved the beautiful sunsets every night. Would definitely stay here again.
