The master bedroom was on the lower level and it was extremely humid even though there was a dehumidifier. In addition there were a number of spiders in this location. In addition there was no central a/c but a unit that could be turned on/off. Definitely not worth the money we spent on this vacation.

The one thing we enjoyed and didn't let the unsightly condo ruin it for all of us was our FAMILY TIME. It was wonderful to have all our children with us and we made the most of the time we spent together while up north. However there is not much to do on the Lincoln side of the Kancamagus Hightway, we made several trips to North Conway during our stay, so next year we will rent on the North Conway side of the Kancamagus Hightway.

The condo was much smaller than it appeared on-line. We should have paid more attention to the square footage, that is our fault for not paying attention. Maybe the other condo's in that area are bigger. We felt this condo WAS NOT CLEANED AT ALL, but just left AS IS from the previous renter. We spent the first night after our arrival/check in time of 4pm cleaning the entire condo. The curtains were hanging from the window, unable to close in the living room and the bedroom you couldn't even open them. There were tears in the screen door to the deck, which were big enough to let in any kind of bug (mosquito, fly etc) There was no dish washing detergent for the dishwasher, which by the way had some dishes left in it, towels were left in the dryer, a book under the master bed and a toy near the heater. The umbrella was completely open and resting on the deck near the table, not in it. The grill was disgusting, not sure it has ever been cleaned. And the so-called air-conditioning was a small stand up unit in the living room which didn't even cool off the living room, never mind the rest of the condo (very hot week!). The tennis courts weren't acceptable to play on, no nets and weeds overtook them. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!! For the amount of money we paid, we felt it was not worth it and we will never rent there again. I will add that the owner did call to check in with us after the hurricane hit, but we were clearly unhappy from the moment we walked into the condo. We had specific instructions on what to clean when we left (at 10am check out time) so I'm not sure what our additional monies for cleaning paid for, but I can honestly say that we left this condo MUCH MUCH cleaner than when we got there.
