If you’re staying in the East Mesa area, you should really consider this VRBO. Centrally located and close to many good eats (and stores). Great freeway access (right by Hwy 60 to get you to loops 202 and 101 quickly). Quiet condo with many great amenities. The complex has a pool and jog/ walk path around small lakes. I would stay here again for sure.

Loved this beautiful, cozy condo. Loved the close access to the pool. Fully stocked and then some making for a wonderful weeks stay. Tracy and Scott went up and above to answer our questions and fill our requests. I would highly recommend this condo for your Arizona stay. Thanks Tracy and Steve. We loved it.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay! First of all, the owners were amazing and extremely responsive to my emails from the start and all the way through our stay. Secondly, the condo itself was extremely clean and looked just like the pictures. And finally, each room was pleasantly stocked with everything you could possible need from extra blankets and towels for the pool, to many kitchen gadgets, supplies and spices! I would definitely recommend this condo and would love to stay again in the future.

Excellent vacation site! The condo is well-stocked and comfortable. We loved the view of the golf course, the ponds throughout the complex, and the nearby pool. Steve and Tracy were great at communicating and answering questions. We hope the next guests to use it enjoy this oasis as much as we did!

Very good location, well kept property
We found the property clean and as advertised. Close to golf, shopping and restaurants. The owners, tenants and property manager were courteous and respectful.

Impeccably Clean and Well-Appointed!
Overall, one of the best rentals we have had! Unit was spotless and available on time. All amenities were considered (extra linens, all kitchen items and amenities, everything very clean). Wonderful location with all necessities within five minutes. Tons of restaurants, grocery stores, golf courses. Hoping to find a reason to come back!

Perfect for our needs
Was a perfect stay for what we needed during these Covid times. Very clean and comfortable, loved the pool. Had a nice view of the golf course from our patio. Easy access to the freeways. We golfed everyday so the travel was made easy with the freeways. Close to Costco and other grocery chains. Tracy was excellent to deal with. Will definitely return! Thanks so much for the use of your condo!

Home away from home
The condo owned by the Kimmel’s that I rented in Mesa, Arizona for two weeks, for my vacation was one of the finest ones yet! It was truly like being in a home away from home. Amazingly, each room was fully decorated, the lighting was exceptional, all the appliances were updated, and very stylish. Popular stores and restaurants were all in close proximity. The owners were great and so was the property manager! They sent me an emailed with a warm welcome letter after I moved in to see, if I needed anything. And if I had any concerns or questions they encouraged me to call them. I would love to stay in their property again, if I come back to Mesa, Arizona.

BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS AT NIGHT!
This place has a great location close to everything! Golf courses, downtown Gilbert is 15 minutes with tons of restaurants... The zoo and Botanical garden is also about 15-20.. Hiking also.. Close walk to the pool.. Very nice place to stay.. Tracy

Great stay with awesome patio
We chose this property because we wanted a nice porch for enjoying time outside. This property has a convenient location to restaurants for take out. It was well equipped for cooking though (we ate breakfast and lunch using the kitchen). There was plenty of towels. Although it was chilly we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. My husband had to work two days and did not have any issues with the provided internet. The unit is nicely decorated in a southwest theme. The owners did an excellent job communicating via email. Highly recommend this property. Thank you Steve and Tracy!

Very nice condo, clean, well-appointed, view of the golf course. Nice patio. Kimmels were great hosts. Very responsive to requests. The only downside is it is close to the freeway. My wife has super hearing and was very aware of the noise. I didn't hear it at all most of the time. I would recommend this condo..

Easy Stay.
Townhome was just as expected. Very comfortable and nice location, close to restaurants and easy access to the 60 and the 202 Highways. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and flowers for our anniversary.

This home was just what I needed and MORE. Arrival was so easy. Clean! Comfortable and well equipped. There was not one thing I missed or needed! Owners were great to check in with me to make sure all was good. I just LOVED the patio to have coffee and watch golfers tee off. Great sunset patio as well! Close to grocery, restaurants, and main freeway. Quiet. I even had an owl the first night in their giant tree to welcome me to AZ! Will definitely stay again. Thank you the owners for such a nice stay.

Beautiful open space that was really comfortable from the get go. This one's at the end of the structure so it's super quiet and private in that regard. Great location!
I absolutely loved dealing with Paul and his team. They were very professional and eager to please. The unit itself is a bit tired, but the location is sublime! Would definitely rent with this agency again and highly recommend them.

Perfect
Great location with a beautiful view of a golf course and a nice planting of desert flowers/ vegetation next to the large patio. We spent a lot of time outside since the sun doesn’t hit much of the patio until around 2:00.
The House was beautiful/ a lot of southwestern art and artifacts, very comfortable furnishings and beds and very well stocked with necessities. The place was spotless when we arrived .
We tried many of the moderately priced restaurants within a 6-8 mile radius and skipped the dozens of fast food places that certainly are convenient for people who like that sort of place.
We highly recommend the Longhorn Steakhouse for a special meal at a fair price. Our favorite restaurant was BJ’s just .2 miles away for a huge menu of very good food, service and atmosphere.
We did a lot of relaxing at the house since we have been to the Phoenix area many times. My wife and I had a tough year healthwise, so this was a perfect place to kick back and get our “mojo” back, so to speak.
It was a very quiet place, if that is what you want, near lots of places and things to do if that is what you want.
