Great location to visit our daughter and attend a UofSC game. House was cleans and welcoming!

The house is in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to places to eat and shop. We found that the house was comfortable and able to accommodate six adults. It is one floor which made it easy for the two 88+ years old family members who were staying traveling with us.
The house was stock with the essentials shower gel and shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer. Also there were snacks, coffee, a few cans of soda and sparkling water.
Rosemarie was a great host. Thank you again for the use of your home.

I picked this place for the large fenced backyard (travelling with dogs). They loved it! The fence is chainlink, and there is a large hound-type dog next door who will hide in the bushes (on his side) and then leap up to run the fence and bark. Spooked my dogs the first time! But it was not a problem after that homeowner put him inside. There are also little barky dogs in the properties behind this one, but there is a good buffer of sheds and bushes. My dogs had fun exploring the yard. Awesome screened-in porch with fans. Dog bowls of fresh water was a nice touch. Garage is small, but my Honda HRV fit (unload outside, then pull in). Kitchen is outstanding, there were snacks, cold water, cold drinks in the fridge. All furniture super comfortable, had a great night's sleep. Neighborhood is quiet and safe -- lots of dogwalkers in the morning who waved! I would book this again.

The house was amazing and just like the photos! Great amenities, perfect amount of space, and our dogs loved the backyard. We’ll definitely be back if we’re ever in the area again!

My family and I very much enjoyed staying at this home! There were 3 of us, and our 3 dogs. This house is super clean and well decorated. Absolutely recommend staying here!

This was a wonderful home . Super clean, cozy and a perfect fenced yard for our dog. The owner was so helpful. We needed to book our stay last minute and she accommodated us so nicely. Would definitely stay here again . Located in a quiet, family neighborhood.

This rental was great! The music playing, snacks, towels, shampoo were a great touch. We felt at home, and had everything we needed for a comfortable night. The only small negative was other dogs barking at our dogs, but that didn't bother us. We would 100% return. Thanks for a great stay!

Rosie is a great host. She is very responsive. There are a lot of extras. The house is very clean. Check in was easy. Loved that pets were allowed to stay too. Great water pressure in the shower. :-)

This place is so cute and we loved being only 15 minutes from downtown, but in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We also loved the screened in back porch. We would definitely recommend checking this place out when you are traveling to Columbia.

Wedding weekend
My son's wedding was out of town from where we live, so we came to Columbia for his wedding. The house provided plenty of space for all of us to get ready for the wedding. My mom is elderly and she really appriciated the bathroom's layout to help her get around easier. The house is lovely, and I can tell the owner has done recent renivations to update the house. It was a very good stay and I would stay there again.

Gracious host
Rosie was quick to respond, very accommodating and a gracious host. The house and property are spacious and conveniently located 15 minutes from everywhere. Will book again!

Lovely place to stay with a pet
I had my dog with me. The property has a really nice screened porch in the back with dog doors both from the house to the porch and the porch to the backyard. Really convenient for the dog. One bathroom includes a lovely soaking tub which I enjoyed. I was delighted to find the property has Internet. It was not listed as an amenity when I was looking for a place. I almost didn't rent it for lack of Internet. The owner could not have been more helpful or nicer. I would stay here again if I were going through Columbia again.

Great house for family and dog, who enjoyed the fenced yard. Convenient to USC and very spacious. Owner included nice touches like coffee and snacks.

Rosemarie is very responsive, she had snacks ready for us. There is a porch and a back yard we didn't get to test as we only stayed one night. There's a posturepedic bed in the master bedroom which we did test and loved. The house heat up very fast. Thank you for having us!
