Comfortable beds Very good WiFi Great kitchen has oven, hob, microwave, clothes washer dryer, full size fridge freezer, etc. Close to beach, all entertainment and curry mile. Definitely staying again.

Lovely space for our family holiday we have two boys (4+5) and they loved the space. Parking wasn't an issue and you are so close to everything don't have to use the car if you didn't want to

this is the SECOND YEAR in a row we have decided to stay at this property because it’s PERFECT plenty of space for all 5 of us 2adults 3 children aged 3,10,13 and my children have autism and complex needs the property IS NICE AND CLEAN the property HAS PLENTY OF SLEEPING SPACE the property HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED microwave, cooker, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, washer dryer, pots and pans, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, plenty of clean towels, iron, Netflix and WiFi etc. THIS PROPERTY IS HOME FROM HOME AS IT HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED we stayed for 6 nights was fantastic knowing I could do clothes washing so that when I got home I had no clothes to wash after our long stay. This property IS in the best location at the end of the street you have your main town centre with all the shops you need £1 shop for those beach toys rather than paying through your teeth at the stalls on the beach lol. The street is quiet on a day time and a night time NO LOUD OR NOISY NEIGHBOURS OR DRUNKS. The park plus boating lake plus pleasure park plus beach are all a 2 min walk from the property which is perfect THERE IS LOTS TO DO RIGHT ON YOUR DOOR bowling, soft play, funfair, train ride, pedal boats, crab catching, fun on the beach and sea, arcades, leisure centre, walk along the pier, walk up the hill to see the guns, and there are plenty of takeaways and restaurants too. THIS PROPERTY IS PERFECT FOR OUR STAYS WITH OUR CHILDREN WE LOVE STAYING HERE AND WE WILL BE BACK TO STAY EVERY YEAR 10 out of 10 from us xx the Hubbard family love our holidays here in this property

great location and lots of space in the apartment. clearly some upgrading is in progress which will be good when completed

it was not clean. the bathroom in particular was in need of a better clean the doors we’re all dirty and dusty and the surfaces needed a better clean the top of the bannister at the top off the stairs was not fixed and fell off when touched. this is unsafe given the steepness of the stairs

The location is good for the local restaurants and the town centre.

It was dark, dingy and scruffy. The photos on booking.com were deceptive. The stairs upto the flat were steep, my wife struggled to get up and down them.

the location was excellent, close proximity to local shops. the accommodation was spacious and comfortable. ideal for local transport and beaches. an easy commute for my work.

my partner was working from the property and it would been great to have a better internet speed.

Very dated. Could do with re-decoration throughout or better still, a refurb. Decent size but one bedroom was used for storage. Very steep steps up to the apartment that could make thing difficult for people with mobility issues or a family with very young children.

.....The whole apartment is desperately in need of redecoration, walls ceiling and door/windows/skirting boards paintwork dirty Bottom of stairs wall wet shame really as the carpet is newish looking but will be ruined Struggled with the stairs they are steep, tread not wide enough to put your foot on, top of the stairs right hand side landing rail very loose Had to clean microwave so that we could use it remnants of food spattered on inside Was a oven tray in the oven covered in fat and the outlines of the sausages cooked in it Rust in the freezer As I have said duvet cover in main bedroom were clean, but looked as if they had been screwed up and not been ironed No plug for the bath I have really hated writing this...as this has the potential to be a fabulous apartment with redecoration and proper cleaning have only written this as the owner needs to know about these things especially if they are employing people to clean for them.

Location, parking, comfortable accommodation, warm

I had accidently left a pair of my trousers behind at the residence, the owners hand delivered them to me them. I find this excellent customer service.

Well situated 10 minutes from beach and 5 minutes away from eateries and shops such as Morrison’s . Great amount of space with 2 double bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower and sitting room. Ideal for a family who need to feed children in apartment. Clean bedding and towels provided. Also has full kitchen including microwave, cooker , washer and fridge freezer.

When you first go in you have to go upstairs to the apartment and quite steep. With a small child always the danger they could come out of one of the rooms and fall downstairs. Maybe a safety gate would be a good idea. Some rubbish left outside the front of the property which was quite off putting at first. Maybe make sure the front of the property is kept clean and tidy.

It was a very nice apartment. In great location.

Wow what can I say this apartment is fantastic. Clean and spacious AND everything you will need it’s HOME FROM HOME you are situated right at the town centre and a 5min walk away from the seafront and rides Highly recommend and will definitely be back over and over again Edit there were 2adults 3children (2,9,12)

The location

Being charged a fee for Covid cleaning and nothing extra is being done is a rip off. No hand sanitizer or bleaching cleaning products at all had to go out and buy some myself on arrival. In today’s climate a disgrace. Two bedrooms, four adults and one 3 seater settee, which meant someone every night got the short straw of sitting on a hard seat or the floor. Not good, settee not that comfortable either.

Great location, facilities ok.

Property needs a good clean and painting throughout. Black mould in bathroom and dirty floor. Net curtains in bedrooms were scissor cut up at bottom. Cob webs at the top of the stairs. No fire safety equipment or carbon monoxide alarm. Living room door hanging off at top hinge. Bed in main bedroom much too low.
