Great house fully equip!! Perfect for young kids as it is fully equip with toys, beds, high chairs, playpen, beach toys, kids plates and cups, etc.
Location is great - 15-20min walk to the beach and even closer to restaurants and the local market and shops.
House was clean and comfy and pretty. However the AC didn’t work properly in a sens that it is locked to a certain degree and keeps getting reprogrammed to a higher degree every 2-3 hours whether you are in the house or not. Despite the ceiling fans and opening of the windows (which we have done as recommended by the owners) we found that the upstair level where the bedrooms are became uncomfortable and very warm at night even if the temperature outside was cool…which is a bit odd!
Overall a great stay. Just this little AC thing that bothered us especially given the overall rental fees for the week.

Bonnie and Rick are wonderful hosts and very responsive to any questions we asked. Their home is beautifully appointed and has pretty much anything you might want or need during your stay. The location is perfect! We could walk to the beach, village, and many restaurants.

Great stay in Ogunquit
We had a wonderful stay in Ogunquit at this well appointed, centrally located home. We travelled to Maine for a family trip with our 3 young kids (2,4,6) and were so happy with our *home base*. Our kids loved the toys, games and bunk beds. The adults loved not having to lug the toys, and beach essentials (towels, chairs, umbrella, wagon, etc.) from home too! They even had several strollers to use while we stayed there! This place is perfectly turnkey and made packing so easy. Location is central, the beach is about a 10 minute walk (a bit longer with little legs dragging at the end of day) and only about 5 minutes to the restaurants. We loved the on-site laundry and comfy beds too. Bonnie was responsive and even notified us earlier on checkin day that the place was ready earlier than expected. Overall fantastic stay and well exceeded expectations.

Great stay in Ogunquit!
We had an amazing vacation at Bonnie's property in Ogunquit. The house was wonderful, clean, and very spacious. It had everything we could possibly need and it was extra great for a group with kids. The location was perfect. Walkable to town and tons of great restaurants and close enough to walk to the beach. I hope to be back on vacation there next summer!

The kitchen was well-stocked and the laundry modern and easy to use. My favorite thing about the property was its location. We could walk to shops and dining in OGT and the beach. Best of all, the BEST cafe within 100 miles is right across the street — we indulged ourselves every morning! It was a dream vacation, due mostly to the thoughtful touches of the hosts. Everything you need for a great vacation!
We stayed for a week in August at Bonnie & Rick's AMAZING Ogunquit home. We can't say enough good things about this rental home - it was beautiful, extremely clean, fabulous location, and the hosts were friendly and easy to work with. They say all you need to do is pack your clothes and toothbrush and that couldn't have been more accurate. This house has everything! We were so comfortable there and it felt like home! We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful and convenient spot in Ogunquit and we hope to return in the future!

You can walk to the beach as well but we choose to drive as we had a lot of beach gear for our baby and toddler. The property is exactly as advertised and more fully stocked than you could imagine! You really only need to pack clothes; everything else is available just like you were at home. Plus Bonnie went out of her way to ensure we had all of the essential items for our baby which we greatly appreciated! Our kids especially enjoyed the playroom and toys while Mom and Dad enjoyed the outdoor sitting area and sunroom!

This property was wonderful! Everything is new and clean and there are lots of included items that made traveling from Maryland easier for us (beach chairs, stroller, etc). Owner very responsive. We loved the location so close to the center of town. Really enjoyed our stay.

Rick and Bonnie truly truly go above and beyond in sharing their home with renters. We’ve stayed in Ogunquit before and we’re familiar with how convenient their location is. What we couldn’t have expected was how equipped their home was for travelers. As a mom of a 4 year old I truly felt at home. From books to strollers to sand toys and chairs to toys to crayons to kids cups and plates the list truly goes on and on. Rick and Bonnie were also readily available for any help we needed finding something or assisting in anyway. In terms of 2020 life we felt incredibly comfortable and impressed with how clean the house was, there was also hand sanitizer located all over the house. We really appreciated that. Great place, great location
This is a beautiful condo right in the best location of Ogunquit. Its a 10 minute walk to the beach and many restaurants. The home was spotless and well thought out. The owners supplied everything we needed to make this an easy, fun vacation, down to beach chairs,umbrellas etc. As well as many staples needed when cooking. The rooms are quite large and very nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable and I thought the sound machines in each bedroom was a great touch.(my wife just had me order one). We found the location to be very quite considering how close it is to the "action" I would definitely stay there again as well as recommend it to anyone looking to stay in that area.

Absolutely Amazing!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home in Ougnquit with us! Some of our group has been going to Ogunquit for 20 years and the others came for the first visit, but now all of us have found our perfect place for future stays! Beyond the beautiful decor in every room, your home was spotless and spacious. There was plenty of room for our group to eat together and play games each night then wind down in the glass porch and comfortable living room when we were tired. The bonus room on the first floor provided our kids the perfect "private" place to play games while I did laundry (loved the tide pods by the way). Being only a 5 minute walk to town, our teens were able to safely visit shops and get ice cream while we enjoyed a glass of wine around the kitchen island. With no trolley service this year it was great to be able to walk to the beach and thanks to your fully stocked home, we didn't need to bring any of our own beach gear! From guest soaps, cleaning chemicals and all the helpful notes explaining how to operate the TVs and washing machine, your attention to detail did not go unnoticed. This was our first time using VRBO and you set the bar high!!!
We can't wait to return next summer - if not sooner!
