Lokacija je odlična, vrlo blizu ulaza broj 2 na Plitvička jezera. Okoliš uređen lijepo- odlično za obitelj s djecom, ima i terasica sa garniturom (za pušače), a i ležaljke i stolice sa stolovima na livadi.
Soba na doljnjem katu je renovirana i na novo uređena pa lijepo izgleda, no treba još malo poraditi na nekim preostalim (uništenim i starim detaljima). Iako televizija nije toliko važna, pogotovo u ovakvim objektima gdje se ostaje od jedne do par noći, bilo bi lijepo da ima i hrvatskih programa (za dijete koje bi pogledalo crtiće na RTL kockici recimo).
Na stolu kava, čaj, kuhalo za vodu, frižider sa zamrzivačem, sasvim dovoljno za ovakav tip smještaja.
Od gazdarice smo dobili i neke korisne informacije vezano za naš obilazak Plitvica ali nećemo sve otkriti :-)
Market je udaljen 3 minute autom od objekta.
Možda zvuči pretjerano, ali pišem ovo kao dobronamjerni savjet. Ručnici su bili neposloženi pa nije ugodan osjećaj biti sumnjičav da li su možda ostali od prošlih gostiju. Treba poraditi na još par detalja na uređenju sobe (sve vrlo lako i brzo izvedivo) i onda će sve biti zaista savršeno. Dodati policu unutar kabine za tuširanje bilo bi isto tako vrlo praktično za goste, a lako izvedivo.

The structure seems a typical mountain house, it looks pretty. The room is comfortable. The position is good: it is located at almost 12 km from plitvice lakes
This is more a suggestion: a mosquito net in the window and/or balcony door would significantly improve the quality of the room.

Very good location, near the entrances of the Plitvice Park. The room was nice, clean and with a useful balcony. Very nice bathroom with a large shower. Also, the cleaning lady had been very kind to us.
The WiFi was pretty bad, the signal in our room was weak and the connection slow (but I suppose that this depends also from the fact that we are in the middle of a forest).

Close to park entrance, friendly host, nice to have a balcony, very clean!
Very thin walls (could hear the neighbours conversation), NO wifi, bad mattresses, couple of things broken (nightlight, towelrack)

Very good location, next to Plitvickie National Park. It took us a couple of minutes to start the walk in the park. Very nice couple who owns the place. Room was a bit smaller but with balcony. It had everything you may need for a short stay. Quiet area, close to nature with nice views.

Good location, easy check in, parking lot, friendly staff, clean.
If u take the room upstairs, there is no internet. None.
The mattress in the bed is worn down and uncomfortable, wavy.
There are no spoons with the cups and kettle needs to be connected either near bed or in the bathroom.
If you are considering booking this appartment, choose the room downstairs. I do not know the price difference (we changed the room after two nights) but the quality difference of beds, internet and other facilities is huge.
We got nothing bad to say about the room downstairs, it was splendid.

The kindness of the people and the heating on when we arrive at 9
The 5 grades that we had at 9 in the night. But I suppose it's not because of the apartment ;-)

The breakfast was really nice, for only 8.50 per person. The location is really close to the plitvice lakes (7minutes drive from entrance 2). There are multiple nice restaurants near and the location is nice and quite.
The hostess is really friendly and the beds are nice and comfy and the room is very clean, has a hairdryer a water cooker.
only some small items could be improved like the bar for the towels was a little loose and there is not a shower door but only a curtain. However, for this price these are things which can't be complained about.

It was very clean. The location is very near entrance 2 of the park.
As the family apartment was booked, we booked 2 rooms next to each other (room 4 and 5).
We also ordered dinner for 120 kunas per person which was very tasteful and cozy. The dinner came with plenty of side dishes, salad and dessert served by the host. Host is very thoughtful and also gave complimentary some home made plum wine
The curtains do not block the sunlight so if you are sensitive for light, bring your eye cover.

Amazing localization to see Plitvice Lakes.
Wi-Fi is almost non existent. Definitely not for remote working or watching Netflix. Wi-Fi worked just in corner of room and just for Google basic search.

Room was relatively big and quite nice and comfortable.
Less than 1 min check-in and check-out, friendly host.
Plenty of space for parking near the house.
The water in the shower was cold although we let it run for 10-15 min. But as we stayed only one night it was bearable.
Batteries in remote controller for air conditioner need to be replaced, the signal hardly reached the device.

all is good. we arrived at 10pm and the host left the keys on the door so we can self check in. host recommended restaurant Degenija which is great.
