This VRBO was really great - the location is close to downtown and easy walking to restaurants, shops and even the path/hike alongside the lake. It was about a 30 minute drive to the mountain for skiing - took a little longer on the day it snowed. It is close to the train tracks, but in my opinion, the noise isn't bad. The place is spotless and the heated floors in the kitchen and primary bath (as well as the soaker tub in primary bath) were wonderful! I have asthma, so try to stay away from rentals that have wall-to-wall carpet. This VRBO was super clean and and area rugs are short pile, which is nice. Beds/linens are very comfortable.
We tried a new restaurant in the area - Savory, which is about a 7 minute walk at max. It was excellent. Order at the counter but best burger/fish tacos!

This was the perfect place for our stay. Very clean, extremely well furnished, spacious and stocked with every possible tool in the kitchen you would ever need. Lots of coffee options including a grinder!
There was even laundry and dishwasher pods if you needed and every bathroom had plenty of towels and soap, shampoo, conditioner and soap. It was warm and welcoming when we arrived and the check in process was seamless. Perfect location walking distance to town and right on the lake. Only one negative we experienced was is it has an extremely small water heater and needs time to warm up even after one shower.

Had a wonderful time at Festival at Sandpoint, and swimming the Long Bridge Swim. Great places to eat, and spent quality time on the lake!!

We started going to Sandpoint when our kids were two years old and stayed at Condo del Sol. The property is so well maintained and we are always happy with the the location and the layout of the condos. This year we retuned with our grandchildren and they feel in love with it too. We will return! The co do we stayed in was perfect for us and we were so pleased to have the opportunity to stay there.

This is the second year we have stayed at this property. It is a great location within a 5 minute walk to downtown Sandpoint. It is clean and well maintained. We will be back.

Very clean, newly remodeled, great beds. Good communication with the property manager. Good location you can walk to town. Common areas of complex could use a little TLC. But overall a great stay.

The townhome was perfect for our family of 4, plenty of room to spread out. We walked into Sandpoint to go out to dinner and went skiing to Schweitzer during the day. The condo was exactly as described and more. It was very comfortable.

The master bed has a plywood support underneath the mattress that squeaks at every slight movement which makes sound sleeping difficult. But the mattresses are comfortable. No king bed in master, queen only. Really nice master bathroom. Easy parking out front. A walk up a flight of stairs with suitcases wasn’t too difficult. We were very comfortable here. Management was hit or miss with communicating but took care of the missing ceiling fan remote in master bedroom in 4 days. Washer dryer in unit came in handy. We would stay here again.

Beautiful, Spacious, Great Location
The condo was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. The location was great and the neighbors were friendly. The top loft actually had two twin beds in it which served as an additional room for my teen son so that was a nice bonus. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer!

The condo was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. The location was great and the neighbors were friendly. My one and only complaint would be that the lock box to get the keys was a bit frustrating. There are 4 boxes with no indication of which one to use and the box is very difficult to open but we eventually figured it out. We didn't put the keys back in the box until we left because of that though.

The property was clean. Two kayaks were available. And there’s a pool right behind the unit. It’s easy to walk into Sandpoint. Staff at Daugherty professional and helpful.
