We were met by a friendly host. Our biggest challenge to get there was driving round the town trying to find somewhere to park in the narrow one way streets. Once we were there we realised the property is in a very convenient location.
The property is n to very well equipped - only one ring alongside microwave, toaster and oven. We found the drains smell from the bathroom off putting - and unusual in winter. There wasn't a kettle (but there is a coffee machine. Some of the things that were listed as amenities weren't there.

Friendly check in, character property but beautifully renovated, central location
Modern bathroom but toilet wobbled! Cord on kettle and coffee machine too short to reach the plug, no coffee cups only tiny espresso paper cups... No good for a cup of tea! Minor details generally very pleasant room. Usual problem in many Spanish hotel rooms, only 1 pillow each

ideal location just of the main square, so do not hear noise from the bars over the weekend. 10 - 15 minutes walk from Xativa train station and minutes away from the centre of town. I know Xativa very well so for me an ideal location. The property itself was really comfy and had the added bonus of having a sofa in the apartment, which made it feel much larger than a studio flat. The property was spotless. My brother who lives two minutes from the apartment was very impressed and will recommend to friends who are visiting
the only down fall the British like a kettle for making tea, but there is not one there

Great location - beautiful building, recently renovated. Rooms stylishly decorated.

The apartment is awesome, very well decorated in a renovated historic house located in the old part of the city. The host was very friendly and hospitable. It was 4 of us (2 kids and a couple), and we had plenty of room. The only regret we have is that we didn't stay longer!

We had to book a studio very last minute as our previous accommodation was not fit for purpose. The owner at La Moma was excellent. We contacted her to ask if we could check in early due to our circumstances and she prepared the room 3 hours in advance of check-in time. The location of the apartment is the best you will find in Xativa and the place itself was immaculate - very clean and comfortable. It is very clear that a lot of time has been put into making the place nice. We will definitely come back to stay. Thank you.

Perfect location in city center, very clean and nicely decorated.
Construction outside started 8AM and we couldn't sleep.

The location was wonderful. The host helped us with keys - very friendly.
Be careful when you book a room because one of them is very small. It's too small for two people with suitcases. Strangely, its bathroom was big. I recommend removing the breakfast table & chairs completely (like in the photograph) and just adding a second breakfast tray like the one under the kettle.
