We have a large group of family/friends that gather each year for an event. The house had plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably!

I organized a family reunion and we had a blast! We had about 40 people attend -- but only 20 stayed in the house. Plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the hot tub and rec room and even caught some fish in the pond. The elementary school nearby has a great playground for the little kids, and Bromley's alpine slide, waterslide and assorted amusements were a lot of fun for the teenagers. Our family came from all over the country and this house made our time together special.

Every year we have a get together for ~20 of our closest friends. We stayed here this year and were not disappointed at all! The house was beautiful and plenty spacious for all of us, and the host was an absolute pleasure to work with. We will be back!

We stayed in Peru this past weekend and it was fantastic. This property is amazing. The house is very large and can accommodate many guests. The sprawling yard made for great scenery and provided plenty of space for games and activities. Julia, our host, was very kind and made this process very easy. Would definitely stay again!

Our group was so thrilled that we stayed at this property. We shared the house with several families over our children’s February school break. Even with many people under one roof we were all very comfortable. Children and adults particularly enjoyed the game room, the kids loved sharing the bunk room and we everyone loved taking in the great view from the hot tub! Our host was accommodating and easy to communicate with at every step. We would all love to return to Peru and have every intention of recommending to our friends. Thanks for a great trip!

Our extended family of 13 adults and 4 older teenagers enjoyed the size, location, and amenities in this Vermont house in the woods on 11 acres of land. The property is well maintained and is fully equipped for technology, TV viewing, and kitchen facilities. There are separate areas for gathering including a sunroom, screened in porch, game area on the lower level, large dining area and living room space too. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on different levels. An outdoor hot tub was a hit with the teens. There are many activities in the area, especially in the summer and fall. Julia was responsive with information about the property prior to our arrival and let us know that all was set for our arrival a few days before our travels.

We just stayed at this property with our parents, siblings, children, nieces and nephews, there was 21 of us in total. The house was more than large enough for us all to be comfortable all weekend. We had a wonderful time. Many great memories were made. Thank you so much Julia.

I recently stayed at Julia’s house with a large group of friends. There was space for everyone to sleep comfortable and activities galore! Although we didn’t have the best weather to take advantage of outdoor activities, from ping pong, to pool, to shuffleboard and hot tub we were more than able to entertain ourselves. Would definitely recommend for other large groups!

Home is very comfortable and spread out.
It would have been a huge help to have a floor plan showing where all the rooms are located. Saying that the guest suite was above the garage wasn’t enough. Stairs and long walk from main part of house.

The house was in pristine shape and everything was perfectly clean for us when we arrived.
The location is perfect. The house is 25 minutes from Stratton Mountain and only about 5 minutes from Bromley Mountain. We had planned a full day ski trip to Stratton and then also decided to go an extra day when we realized how close Bromley was.
Julia was so accommodating to our every request. She always responded quickly and kindly to any questions or requests we had!.
We simply cannot recommend this property enough!

Great for a getaway with friends!
Plenty of things do with a ton of space between the yard and outdoor deck, the game room and common room. Was a perfect place to stay for a long weekend getaway with friends.
