Great location, easy check-in, good communication with host

It was a very nice spacious house, it was very clean and the location was really good.

a few days prior to the booking I had some trouble contacting the property but that was soon remedied and Lisa was very attentive and communicative.

There was no breakfast

Checking was a little confusing given that I was in transit until I got to the place

Edit in response to owner: I was sitting at the kitchen table on my laptop taking work calls while the cleaner worked in another room. Unsure how it's possible to harass someone in this way. Please stop lying. Don't stay here. You'll be treated like a second class citizen. The hosts are incredibly rude and patronising and unhelpful. There is a $150 security deposit that isn't paid at the time of booking. They harassed me for it, calling me and shouting at me in capitals on whatsapp as I was on my way to the property to check in. They won't let you anywhere near the property without paying it. Their check in time is 4pm, which is unnecessarily late, as the rooms are clean and available by 1pm.They had a huge problem with me checking in early and sitting in the common area on my laptop. I had to pay an extra $5 an hour just to do this, and was made to feel like an irresponsible child. Everything is a money grab to them. The house is run down and needs a deep clean. The common areas get cleaned regularly but the door handles, light switches, door jams, floors, walls, skirting boards and around the beds are very dusty and grimy and walking around barefoot felt gross. When checking out, I made sure to be out of the room before 11 as I've heard of the harassment other guests received for checking out late. I asked if I could stay in the common area for two hours to do some work and they said it was "impossible". It wasn't impossible at all, they are just rude and inconsiderate of their guests. They also wouldn't let me leave my suitcase there till my flight so I had to carry it around all day. The air con is fixed all day and very loud. You can't control it and it's too cold. They even have a rule that you don't open the window, even when it's a perfectly nice day, so no fresh air ever gets in the building.

Walking distance to Little Havana

I liked being able to have space to lounge. It was close to several shopping areas and eating places. Within walking distance, nice neighborhood.

There were NO real pillows, this made for an awful nights sleep. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Most plugs in both bedrooms #2 and #3 did NOT work. Shower was a bit old, stained.

Great location on little Havana, quiet street 2 blocks (5m) from Calle Ocho central area (Calle Ocho is a big street).

Toilet in very poor conditions. Sink faucet barely drops water. The bathtub is in very bad condition. The air conditioning can't be turned off or on and it's pointing straight to the bed. Furthermore makes a huge noise when it's turned on, making all the house vibrate. You can guess that's not very good at night. The matress is old and uncomfortable.

This facility shouldn't be on booking.com. The owner sent new requirements as soon as you confirm the reservation. (Because they knew you couldn't cancel without losing your money)They asked for extra deposit that we should pay by using suspicious account information. We did not feel comfortable with the area. Their check-in time is later than usual, and their check-out time is sooner than usual. We couldn't sleep well because the walls were thin, and we were disturbed by the snoring of the other clients. I was wondering if they are cameras in intimate spaces?

I must admit i was sceotical initially, but my stay was excellent. The location is tops Only had a slight issue with the AC central unit, other than that it was excellent

The people who are in charge of the property are so bad at what they do! They are not flexible at all, you can’t talk with them they are stubborn and be careful they will charge you more and accuse you of things you didn’t do. I will not recommend this accommodation for anybody!

The area was great. The property was nice. Felt pretty clean. The staff is amazing. Very responsive and helpful. Anything you need is either there already or walking distance away.

The quality of the mattress, sheets, towels, and chairs wasn’t great. My back was killing me after a week there. Probably could use some upgrades to be a bit more comfortable.

Thankfully, the property was immaculate! Spacious room and very modern; very comfortable.

Honestly, everything was excellent; cannot ask more for the money so, definitely a good deal and customer service is excellent.

The second (foldable) bed looked very worn, don't even want to touch it. on the last day of our stay, I killed a roach
