While booking a.c provided. But after arrival the a.c room is not provided. When I asked the receptionist he told me to complain. What they offered while booking online ,Ex. A.C room is not provided by which the genuinity lapses.

Located in the proper area.
No breakfast was provided, WiFi doesn't work, No soap was atleast given and they don't even have towels to provide. The ventilation for bathroom is into Living room which is shocking. Only ideal if you would use the room only to put luggage and sleep, roam the whole day!
