Azzura (Owner)was very kind and helpfull.
The Apertment was nice and clean. Location is very good.

Late-night check-in was no problem. Mrs. Azzurra arranged for us transport from airport and gave us valuable info about transport to Rome (train station 10 minutes walking). Calm place, 5 minutes walk to the beach (black sand).

The Host was super kind and thoughtful throughout my stay. Also this apartment is located just one block from the Sea and in proximity to many supermarkets.
It's a 12 minute walk from the nearest train station. Not a deal breaker for me, but it does require some planning.

Breakfast not included. The location was more than perfect. Five minutes from grocery store. Two minutes to the beach. Coffee bar across the street. Several restaurants close by. Very quiet neighborhood.

The house is more than worth the money. Very well organized place close to the beach. The host is very welcoming!!
The host Azzura was also kind to give us extra blankets and umbrella for the beach. The locality is nice, and close to both the beach and the centrum. Kitchen was equipped with everything needed for elaborate cooking. I would definetly stay here if I visit again.

Owner was amazing and so welcoming.
The flat is in a perfect condition, you can find anything you want (even a toaster and a juicer machine!).
Enjoying breakfast on the balcony is so lovely.
