Smoke in the air, place is very outdated, you would think for the price of the place they could have working blinds, furniture from somewhere other than Goodwill, organize the garage, and clean the spider webs!

We enjoyed our stay and found the property to have all the amenities we needed for 10 people (6 adults and 4 kids between 3 and 7).

Overall the house was fine, but could have been better appointed for the cost. There were no non-perishable condiments, like pepper and other spices. Also, the television was difficult to operate and lacked programming. Or even instructions.

This house is in a great location and is well laid-out for families. We thought house was very family friendly and appreciated there was a playpen available to keep the baby safe from the big kid toys. The back deck is large and the sun room is a fun place for kids to play, although 3 of the 4 bedrooms have windows to the sunroom so it’s not very usable while anyone is sleeping. The inside of the house was clean, but the grills were pretty gross, one was not useable and the back deck had a lot of grease stains from them. One of the grills was marked “out of order,” which was fine, however there was rotting food left on it along with the contents of a fire extinguisher, which seemed pretty unsanitary, and the other grill wasn’t assembled well and doesn't hold the grease pan in place. The spa cover was very destroyed and we weren’t able to get the spa to warm up. We also found many of the adult bikes weren’t in rideable condition, so we ended up having to rent a bike and trailer in the village. The foosball table in the pictures was not in the sunroom which really disappointed our kids and we didn’t find any games to go in the “game-filled sunroom.” We enjoyed our time at the SHARC and appreciated that there were more than enough passes for our entire group. The river and Fort Rock park were an easy bike ride away. We enjoyed our time at the house, but would’ve appreciated a more accurate description of the amenities and for them to be better cared for.

House was very clean, well appointed, and spacious. We had a great time relaxing and the kids loved being able to play in the snow right outside. Beds were comfortable for us.

Had a wonderful stay for a 40th birthday celebration with family! Very clean, well-stocked kitchen, lots of room! Everyone loved the foos ball table, bikes for riding the miles of bike paths, and the hot tub. We also made good use of the SHARC passes. Thanks for helping make our stay in Sunriver easy and enjoyable!

My friends and I were pleasantly surprised with this home. It was spacious, clean, and cozy. We enjoyed the nearby bike path, hot tub along with watching the snow fall through the sun room.

Quick trip to Sunriver
We chose this house because of it proximity to Crater Lake. There were 8 of us and there was plenty of room for all! Hot tub was clean and lovely. Grill worked great. Nice sleeping arrangements. Bikes were a fun addition; the whole area is very bike-friendly. A super comfy stay!

There was Soap scum in the shower, lights burned out, tv remote did not work (and no extra batteries found), games were a mess, kitchen light missing panels, and few extra blankets. The house needs updated flooring and appliances as well as a deep cleaning.

We found that some of the closet doors were broken. When we arrived Barbecue was filthy. 1" full of grease and stuff. This cause huge flames out the side and back of the bbq. Took 1 hour to cool it. And clean it to do dinner. All of my friends liked the deck. Sun room and layout.

Relaxing weekend!
The house was a lot bigger than we expected. It was very clean, and provided us with all the necessary kitchen items to handle all of our meals. Meredith lodging was very attentive and communicative through out our stay. They even provided us with some sleds!

Great house, location and stay!
We loved our visit. We appreciated having the bikes to go to and from the river. The SHARC passes were essential for us and for the kids in order to get out and swim in the pools during the summer months of Covid. Well equipped house and very helpful support staff who helped us address the Wi Fi a few times.
