Het is een heerlijk ruim appartement met een groot balkon met uitzicht op zee en menton. Het balkon heeft de ochtendzon. De auto kan in een afgesloten parkeerbox onder het gebouw geparkeerd worden. Zowel veilig als koel. Prima bed en badkamer. Heerlijk strand in roquebrun-cap-martin met kiezels. Je kunt dingen bezoeken afwisselen met dagje strand.

Het appartement ligt wat hoger aan een drukke doorgaande weg en behalve een supermarktje die via een behoorlijke klim te voet te bereiken is moet je eigenlijk voor alles de auto gebruiken. Dat is overigens overal aan de cote d azur zo. In het laagseizoen konden we overal nog een parkeerplaats vinden maar daarbuiten lijkt het me lastig. Nu was het begin mei al warm maar in de zomer is er wel airconditioning maar zal het op het balkon te warm worden denk ik.

It was a beautiful immaculate apartment with a spectacular view. The apartment had everything you needed to cook and wash. Corinne was a very kind and helpful host.

It was a big uphill walk from the railway station and beach but there are lots of buses.

The room is quite clean and well equipped. The host received us in person and showed us around for parking. very friendly and helpful. There are plenty of towels at your disposal. There is a balcon with a magnifient sea/mountain view.

This appartement is located right in front of a traffic center, with cars, motors, trucks, buses coming around every minute. Certainly You barely can open the balcon window, as it is really too noisy . But Even if you keep all the windows well closed, you can still hear the noise a lot. Even at late night or early morning, you can be easily awaken. if you are sensitive to noise and looking for a quiet place for your holidays, you will easily be disappointed.

Beyond expectations ! The apartment we rented for 2 weeks is privately owned in the sea view section of a condominium area. A gorgeous recently renovated apartment (lift access). Very comfortable with modern conveniences, i.a. new fully equipped kitchen, good/cold air conditioning, nice TV’s, free Wi-Fi. All in all bright and spacious with a roomy sea front balcony and a mere few steps to the pool in a well maintained garden. Corynne, our hostess, did a marvelous job and made everything go smoothly when we arrived and departed. She is very friendly, thoughtful and caring to insure that you are enjoying your stay. Our experience was tremendous and we highly recommend this place. We love the beautiful countryside here but it is very hilly. People with mobility issues/limitations have to bear this in mind.
