The entire stay was a 5 star experience!
Scott was a very attentive host and the condo has been renovated beautifully!! The deck is the best! There is a nice sandy cove where we were sheltered from the breeze but you can see/are steps from the ocean.
We will definitely be back ❤️

We had an amazing stay at the beach house condo! From the time we pulled up to the security check in and walked into the house, we were impressed! The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils for cooking and eating. The living and bed rooms were well furnished as well. The beach views were awesome. I definitely see a future return stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at your condo. It is the little things that make a big difference. For instance to have ice in the freezer when we got there was a nice touch that we don't see in other VRBO's. The location is fantastic, a short walk to the beach. Lots of towels to use, very clean place. I get the impression that this may be a busy place during the summer season. For us it was very quiet. Spent our days at the beach. Highly recommend this condo.

Very nice, recently renovated condo on the beach. Everything you need is there including beach chairs and umbrella. Property owner was very attentive and helpful.

This is our second time to stay with Scott.
It is such a perfect location. We love Sandpiper Cover on Holiday Isle. It is quite and away from crowds. Yet, it so close to popular restaurants and other activities.
Scott is wonderful! He is helpful and communicates very well before and during the trip. The property has everything that we needed to make our stay relaxing and easy.
I can't wait to come back again!

The unit was wonderful! Great location with easy access to a beautiful beach and shopping nearby. Unfortunately, we received news that the washer in the unit was broken the day before we checked in so we had to make do without it. A tad of a inconvenience but overall our stay was great!

We enjoyed our stay! It was very clean and beautiful! The kids enjoyed the sand right outside of the back porch! The 2 minute walk to the beach was fabulous! Everything was accessible! Owner was really helpful and checking in with us to provide us with anything we needed! Love the communication! We will be back!

What a great place to stay! The accommodations were perfect for our family of 4. My kids enjoyed the new pullout couch as an alternative fun movie night in the living while my husband and I enjoyed the big TV in the master. The covered porch allowed us to enjoy the outdoors throughout our day even when it rained a little. The walk to the beach really is quick and allowed us to enjoy the ocean every day! We appreciated the extra spots to store belongings and hooks everywhere to dry towels/suits! Until next time…

We had an amazing time. Condo was clean, and literally steps from the beach with an amazing view. Decor was super updated and we were provided with everything we needed and more to have an amazing experience there with my two young kids. Will definitely return.

This is our second time staying at this condo. It’s perfect for our family. It’s very clean, had plenty of kitchenware, towels etc. communication with Scott was great and he had very quick response time. We love that we can walk right out onto the beach and sit on the balcony while the kids play in the sand in the evenings. We love coming here from Texas. We will be back again!

This place was an absolute dream! It was so clean and had all the essentials we needed. The best part was of course being only steps away from the beach. This made it so easy to go back and forth with the kids. Scott was amazing and checked in with us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying here again.

We truly had a wonderful experience staying at this condo. We had everything we needed, plus more, and the secluded location on the private beach can’t be beat. Scott is as such a great and communicative host and made sure we had a great experience. I would absolutely recommend as well as book again!

The location of this condo is ideal; you can’t get much closer than this to the beach. Not only is the entire condo yours but it’s STEPS to the beach. It was just my mother and I staying here but if you had an entire family staying here it would be so much fun and so convenient for getting children to the beach. It was a bit confusing upon arrival because the condo is located on the beach side of the community of Sandpiper Cove and the guard shack you’re supposed to sign in at is located on the other side of the street on the canal side. You must sign in there first and get the code to the gate and then you can go across the street to where the condo is. Also, the community has a lot of rules so if you’re looking to party or do something along those lines you may want to look somewhere else for that type of energy. But the vibe of this condo is definitely quiet and serene and a great getaway! The community also sets up chairs and umbrellas every morning and you can rent them for a price per day or pay for several days I believe.

We loved the location, just a few steps to the beach. The only issues were slow draining sink in the bathroom closet to the shower and we also found long screws in the sand right off the back porch steps.

We have stayed in this area multiple times and this is by far the best unit! The location is only steps from the water, and the unit itself is pristine and beautiful! Scott was amazing, communicating everything we needed to know. The entire stay was seamless and amazing. We will definitely be back soon!! This will be our go to!

Our family of 4 had such a great time at the Holiday Isle! The condo was super clean, with new appliances. From coffee maker, towels, beach toys to washer & dryer - it made our vacation so easy breezy. It is right on the beach so in the morning we were able to enjoy the ocean (just few steps away) with a cup of coffee. Parking is right by the condo entrance making it easy to pack and unpack.
There are also two pools and three hot tubs within the walking distance so when our kiddos got tired of the ocean they could go and enjoy some dips in the pool. We loved this place so much we decided to book for next year right away! Thank you so much, Scott for sharing your beautiful place with us! Can’t wait to be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Starfish Serenity! It is beautifully decorated in soft beach colors and had everything we needed for our week stay. Bed was very comfy and the grandkids stopped by one evening and loved the bunk beds in the little alcove room. Scott was very responsive to our questions - even FaceTiming me so we could figure out the remotes for the TV. Operator error, of course! The weather wasn’t always great, but we sat out on the covered deck and played cards, listened to music and had a few cocktails which was so relaxing! My only hesitation in leaving this review is I want to keep this little gem all to myself! Thank you so much for our wonderful stay! We will be back!

Our family of five really had an amazing getaway! We loved everything from the location to the amenities to the hospitality! With a young one, it was ideal to have the beach in our back yard to still enjoy the outside with the older kids. There were many things within walking distance or minutes driving. The condo was so clean. We have always said we would like to find a consistent place to vacation and we have found it!

Lovely beach access location. Newly renovated. Does not sleep 6. Couch sagged and mattress on pullout was lumpy, or skimpy in places. Could not sleep on it. Had to sleep on couch and bottom bunk bed. Floors throughout were sticky.
