Served its purpose. we participate in TOUR DE ILOILO. The Iloilo bike festival was LITERALLY outside the property. Its very convenient and walking distance to festive walk mall. The property is clean and comfy.

The room smell like poop when you lie down near the bed rest. The shower head is kinda broken and the drainage of the shower is not working properly.

Staff and unit owner are very welcoming and accommodating. The place is quite clean and cozy. We liked the ambience. The unit has an amazing view over the pool area.

Not much that i dont like it's one of the cons when staying in a condo so i don't take against the unit.

the unit 7M was filthy, smelly and cockroach infested. any kitchen drawers you open, you will cockroaches and its droppings.
