Ideally located 10 min walk from the centre. The bedrooms are comfy. This was only a base so I didn’t use the kitchen facilities.

A full length mirror is needed at the property. Also a manual would be helpful for any quirks of the house.

The decor was lovely, the appliances were very helpful (TV, microwave, kettle, toaster) the beds were comfortable and the tea, coffee and shower gel etc were a lovely touch.

There was a lot of dust behind the beds, cobwebs on the walls and a random piece of cucumber in the bathroom sink. The fact that the flat had laminate flooring also meant that you could hear the people above and below, and the metal stairs at the back were noisy when people went up and down.

It is well located for central Newport. The kitchen was large and full equipped. For me, there was just a shower, which I personally prefer to a bath

A nicely decorated apartment. Location convenient with off-road parking in front! Spacious 2-bedroom with a large kitchen. Tea bags and milk are available. Generally clean and tidy.

1. Front area parking for 3 cars not clearly marked and only one space has dropped kerbs. For the other two spaces, there is also a level difference between the back of footpath and the parking area that should be smoothed out. 2. There is a quilt in one room only and without quilt cover!! Some beds has no bed sheet! 3. The area holding router, etc behind the headboard is full of dust. 4. The lighting in the toilet/shower room is very dim. 5. The ovens seem not working. 6. The freezer has thick layer of ice. 6. Not very quiet as it is near a road and the flooring has noise in walking over. 7. Could not get response in seeking help from the property.

On busy road. Steep steps up to flat to carry luggage. TV, badly placed and blurred screen. No lounge, just 2 uncomfortable chairs. Kitchen,. My partners a chef, neither of us could figure out the electronic cooker. Dated and rings going on and off couldn't cook a meal!! No instructions either!! Very irritating!!! Cleanliness,. Walked barefooted, my feet were black. Floors not mopped, dust everywhere. Large flat, but both rooms filled with double beds X 2???? No lounge, no dining room, no table in kitchen to sit and eat from!!! Bathroom, no mirror to shave, brush hair, apply makeup from! No mirrors in bedroom. Radiator didn't work in sitting area. Not worth the price, could have stayed at ibis and got decent room and pleasant staff. Staff knocked on door at 9 am and disturbed us, wanting to deliver more beds!!!! There were 4 double beds already in apartment!! Staff rude! Showed cooker, even they couldn't explain how it worked!! Not a good experience at all, and definitely would not stay again!!!

Well located near the centre of the city, with parking included. Property was exceptionally clean and beds comfortable. Did not use the kitchen facilities (except the kettle), but they seemed to be more than adequate. The property management were friendly and helpful and I would consider staying there again.

The property could benefit from a few more mirrors, especially in the bathroom, and bedside lights. The blinds in the bedrooms were not sufficient to block the light or provide complete privacy. Early morning road noise might trouble some. I think the property may not be suitable for a long stay or for more than four people.

Kitchen exctractor was full of grease. I never got the tv to work properly.

Comfortable and spacious. Easy to find. Close to amenities. Off road parking.

There was a delay in gaining access to the building but this was soon remedied. Lighting in the hallway didn't work.

We had to start the baxi boiler up not necessarily for central heating but for hot water showers if anyone who didn't know how work this boiler then they would had struggled without hot water

the 8+ people who were occupying the apartment above had a rave which didn’t end till 2am. all apartments are laminate flooring so sounded like a herd if elephants above… occupants needed to made more aware of this. emailed rental co no response hence complaint here…

Location and property was easily accessible

Lack of cleaning in the kitchen, sticky, dusty, and smell from the fridge, and dirty equipment. Setting area chairs need cleaning as well as they are dirty and a lot of signs and spots. Poor internet signals only available when near device. Bedroom are massive but they make us much noise when move and they keep banging to the wall and change sleeping position.

Everything looked clean and the kitchen was large.

The router did not work and the beds need tightening the screws, was a little wobbly.
