The apartment is big and facilities are amazing (swimming pool, sauna, etc)

The AC only in living room and master bedroom, so those sleeping in the other 2 rooms will find their stay uncomfortable during the summer months.

only one sofa (not a sofa bed) for a big apartment for 8 persons, you can't accomodate more than 4 people in the sitting area. they don't speak russian and arabic as mentioned in the description, only 2 of the workers speak some English. the apartment wasn't clean, they must clean it once a week, but you need to ask them many times before they send housekeepers. the AC is very weak because nobody cleaned its filters since years. the apartment in general needs renovation, sharp parts on the floor, broken door frames, and other details. I think they dont check after the previous guests, they wait until the new guest tell them what to fix. four days we didn't have Internet. we asked them for 7 times withen a week to bring us extra 2 pellows, without a result. they give you 6 pellows and one sofa (again not a sofa bed) in an apartment for 8 people. very dirty terrase, useless if you cant sit in a dusty place. when we checked in we found a KFS box with chicken bones under one of the beds.. the place is beautiful, but it is clear that the management is not at the same level. many more negative points, I cant recall them at the moment.

I like everything about the hotel facilities were great, stuff was nice.

Two of the front desk staff were very helpful and attentive. One of them is ahmet i think. The apartment on the 5th floor is spacious.

One of the receptionists was unfortunately disappointing and not helpful as he refused to check me in the unit i have booked on the 5th floor and gave me another smaller and much filthy apartment on the 1st floor which wasn't ready and very dirty. The location is a bit isolated attached to pullman hotel on the backside. And open to a vacant building. Breakfast at pullman was Ok not much variety but fine. Shower was not working well.

Facilities is nice . Hotel restaurant is amazing. Swimming pool , jacuzzi, sauna, massage, clean and nice view also close to shopping.

Living room very dark .they remove spotlight in most place of house I don't know why. Ask to provide more stand light, promise to give us more light but forget.Not enough furniture. We book for 7 guests but furniture just for 3 .floor not clean enough to walk without shoes so we informed reception to clean it. No washing machine liquid no dishwasher tablet. Ask them they are providing some tablet for dishwasher but not accept to provide washing mashing tablet. Also no toaster. Not enough cup to all 7 guests to have coffee in the same time and last important thing I ask host to provide pictures of propertie but they give us different propertie in the picture furniture enough for 7 people but in real just for 3. Really disappointed.

Great location and outer view, own parking, modern building

The apartment has many damaged items, not comfortable and not organized. The apartments ate behind the Pullman hotel, outer look is very impressive, but from inside doesn't feel like that. It needs serious renovation inside and also from the side of the owners. The personnel is attentive and always ready to help

Good space (enough room for all guests). Close to the airport and all facilities. Elevators, room service. Sauna and Turkish bath. Free parking near the entrance. Store at the ground floor. Good quality free Internet wifi. The kitchen with all the dishes, water and towels.

For a group of 7 people there could be more than just a key for all. The toilets could have had a brush. The ventilator from one of the bathrooms didn't work.

The hotel is pet friendly.

Only after!! we had payed for the room and could not connect to Wi-Fi we were told by the specialist at the reception desk, that quote:"about 15 apartments of the Prime Istanbul Residences are not connected to the Net" unquote, despite it is clearly indicated that the hotel provides wi-fi for free in that particular and any of their apartments. This is cheating that spoils reputation of the hotel. If guests had known that having of Wi-Fi is roulette, they wouldn't have chosen that hotel. We were not offered with another room for the same price by the personnel and were stampeded into staying in no-internet-appartment. Location of the building won't inspire you to stroll around. There are only two pretty complicated and uncomfortable ways to leave the building area by feet. Gym equipment despite of it's big area is pretty poor for heavy lifting. There are only few heavy-lifting machines which forces queues. Basically the gym is overcrowded with 15+ athletes in it.

I like the location because it was near to big shoping mall and the swimming pool with spa and turkish bath with sauna.

I experienced very bad cleaning service while i stayed this apartment which i couldnt even imagine. They have the poorest hygine in which i was forced to clean my room by my self even though i paid everything.

No daily cleaning of the apartment, during check in our apartment was not ready and we were offered a smaller one , whennwe complained suddenly we were offered the eight apartment, no blackout curtains, thus once the morningbloght comes the room is full lighted, A/c in one room and hallway only, lights are not fully working

No swimming pool for kids, only for adults 1.4m deep so the kids had to use the jacuzzi instead Apartment was not clean Many lights are not working It's far away, you need to use the terrible taxi every time

For the adults the swimming pool was very clean and nice. Breakfast and buffet are nice also
