Convenient to central Alpine: Short walk to Bread and Breakfast, Holland Hotel, Reata Restaurant, AMTRAK station.
Short drive to event venue at Alpine City Hall.
Free WiFi.
Price was right.
The tiny drip coffee maker overflowed and made a mess.
No breakfast provided, just a mini-fridge and a microwave.
Two AC units: One in bedroom was fine, one in bathroom smelled bad.

I like hot water when I takes shower. There was no hot water- NONE.

Next to the train tacks. They provide ear plugs. I suggest an eye mask as well.
I liked staying there, but be prepared to plug ears and eyes.

The location was perfect. I didn’t have to drive anywhere while I was there. Walking distance to all the places I needed to go. I also liked that it was a detached unit and the value was good.

Cute place, but a bit small. Liked the location. Could have used for information finding my unit. A picture would have been nice.
The bed pretty much took up the whole room. The entrance door hit the bed before fully open.

Great value, close to downtown, very clean, and the room stayed comfortable all day.
No creamer for the coffee and I didn't hear a word from the staff asking if I needed anything.
