access at back yard a bit difficult due to flooding- hard to fault hosts but could be tricky for elderly guests. Not sure if front parking was available.
A bit of noise from upstairs inAM although not early so no sleep issues at all

Beautifully furnished apartment, light, airy and spotless, the bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. It’s in a leafy quiet street and you can walk to the city centre.

The accommodation was really very good on the ground floor of a very nice period house with a small garden to the front. In terms of space, quality, condition and comfort it scored highly in our estimation..
Our only slightly negative element was that the parking was a bit tricky on the very narrow access road, and the quite steap hike up the hill at the end of the day, but then it is called the House on the Hill so we had anticipated that!

Lovely lounge room, quiet location and very good value for money.
Accommodation was still being cleaned when we arrived at the 3pm check in time.

The apartment is tastefully decorated, very clean and has almost everything that is required for a short stay. The kitchen is adequately equipped. Period features are appreciated. The hosts were always on hand to answer any questions / queries that we had and answered any corespondence swiftly....well done !
The location is quite central to the city centre with only a 10 min walk away but is up a very steep hill. The addition of side tables in the lounge would be a bonus

We had a very enjoyable stay in the house for two nights. It was clean, in a great location and had free parking available on the street outside. We would happily stay again on another trip to Dundee.
Not a problem for us but quite a steep hill to walk up to from the city centre which may be a problem for some.

Stunning property but sleep was awful due to the mattresses. Both mattresses gave us a restless sleep and sore back.

Exactly as advertised, comfortable and had almost everything we needed.
Nothing I disliked but more than one dish towel would have been good as everything was hand washed.

None of the windows open! Missed getting some fresh air into the place, especially as it was warm weather.

What a hidden Gem. Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed as well as situated close to town. Great for our needs. We will definitely be back.

Nice and spacious, well equipped kitchen
The second bedroom was very bright in the morning and would benefit having a blackout blind, as well as a mirror for getting ready,
the hedges along the path need trimmed, as the over hang makes you brush against them and as it was not great weather we ended up wet each time

Great location - quite a hill climb on the way back from the city, but good exercise! The lounge and main bedroom were lovely. Kitchen a bit small and second bedroom a bit dark but overall, a lovely apartment.
The bedside cabinet in the main bedroom needed repairing. There were no garden seats or garden furniture for you to sit outside.
