I was not stayed at this property. I was not been able to pay deposit the way host wanted from me (internal polish system). So I asked the host to cancel the booking to get refund. Of course it doesn't happened. Booking support can't do with it nothing for a month. The host simply didn't respond. I start to think that it is some king of scam, read a lot of similar stories, wondering why the booking.com still hold it on a site.

Landlord does not reply via sms checkin details even he wrote he does on booking. I was not able to checkin waited for hours in the cold just because the landlord did not reply after hours with contacting booking as he did not reply to me i had to look for another accomodation. So he wrote mails to booking but not to me. He did not reply on sms or calls. He detailed on booking he send checkin instructions via sms but did not. Send wrong iban to send deposit. After that he even did not contact booking anymore before he told i would not want to pay it but he even did not give the payment details. In my opinion everybody looking for accommodation should not book this. Several other feedbacks shows the same.

the owner is a speculator. does not answer calls on the phone. writes only messages. be careful with the deposit, there is no advance payment information on the booking, only payment upon check-in. a screenshot from a bank account is not taken into account. 23.00 was forced to turn around, cancel the payment of the deposit and look for another accommodation. there was also no information about the off-road, the navigation will lead you to a closed intersection, the road is being repaired, and they won't tell you how to get to the apartment over the phone, because they don't pick it up. and of course the money was not returned
