the apartment had a nice location, very close to the beach, aventura mall, Publix and other stores

It’s a big apartment with a good location. The flat manager (Janet) is fantastic in her support.
Too old. The apartment needs renewal. Pretty normal view. It’s expensive considering the cost/benefit

Great spot in Miami 1BR but a very spacious almost 1100 sq ft ..it's fully renovated with new appliances ..we loved it and already booked a longer trip ..unit is on 8th floor beautiful bay view

Very nice high floor unit at the ocean reserve with wonderful bay and pool view had a great time enjoyed the property and had excellent time by the beach we can't have asked for more cleanliness was great and communication with owner and agent was on point.
