Lovely quirky place. Pool was lovely. Clean and comfortable. Close to beach and restaurants.

Nice garden and swimming pool. The owner was very kind and helpful.

The rooms were spacious but I wanted some windows.

The front desk service was a very communicative, via WhatsApp, and shared lets of helpful information prior to our arrival. They were also able to confirm that a cot is being provided for our baby boy. The host family were also very hospitable, friendly and communicative, although they don't speak too much English, it was easy to communicate via Whatsapp with google translate. The facilities are well furnished and adequately supplied. The living areas are spacious, the kitchen is well fitted. The location is amazing, easy access to the beach and restaurants by short walk. The neighbourhood is quiet & safe. Taxis had no issue finding our location when we called for them. The garden & pool area is STUNNING. We enjoyed the outdoor areas very much. The hosts respected our privacy greatly and allowed us exclusive use of the pool, but it's worth mentioning that these outdoor areas are shared with the host family.

The apartment is in the basement of the house. There is a little bit of natural light in the kitchen/living room, but the bedrooms have no natural light. There is also poor fresh air ventilation into the apartment. Both bedrooms are supplied with air purifiers, which helps, but there just isn't enough fresh air circulation for a fully comfortable experience. The private pool isn't totally private, it is shared with the host family, although the hosts are very supportive of ensuring hours of the day for exclusive use by the guests. The front desk was upfront before arrival that the property is shared with the host family, but it is not clear on the listing itself, unless you read the reviews.

Host was very friendly and helpful

You stay in the basement of the house. No windows or ventilation. You don’t see any daylight. It feels very humid. A lot of air refreshers are placed in the basement to cover the damp smell. Sofa/sofa bed is very uncomfortable and needs urgent replacement as it’s worn out.
