Perfect stay for 3 couples from Texas! Great location! House is fantastic!

This is an amazing property! Beautiful views from every room. We cooked at home every evening and the kitchen was very well stocked. Loved the fire table and the hot tub, great way to relax after a day at the wineries. Two wineries within a 1/4 mile if the house, loved furioso wines and the Solena winery as well.

Getting the front door open was a little more challenging than expected but outside of that only good things to say. The views are gorgeous, the location is perfect and the house is well equipped. We would recommend it again and again.

We had a great time during our stay. The house was very clean, modern, and well equipped. The two separate living spaces are great if you have kids or just want to split the group up a little. There are plenty of activities from ping pong, corn hole toss, hot tub, games, puzzles, and the fire pit. Also, close to groceries, hiking trails, and awesome wineries. We will be staying there again.

Our stay at Dundee Hills Villa was fabulous from start to finish. The iTrip team is super communicative, the setting is beautiful, the hottub overlooks vineyards in the backyard, the beds are comfortable, and the double living rooms and kitchens make staying inside possible for large groups. You can even walk to a few vineyards within a 5-min walk. Highly recommend staying here.

The house and property were fabulous. Well-appointed and comfortable, the house was roomy and flowed well. The views were lovely and the location was very convenient.

The home was impeccable, both in style and amenities. The view was outstanding! It was great to see the hot air balloons in the morning rising above the fog It accommodated all eight of us. We able to cook and eat together and we have great memories of our stay. Our host was very responsive to all of our questions. Definitely a five star home

What a fantastic place, location can’t be beat! Home is perfect! I’ve stayed in a lot of Vrbo’s, this one is top notch! Kitchen has everything you need and then some. It was perfect setup for two small families. We had zero issues with anything. Beds were ok for me.. then again we have a amazing bed at home, always tough when we travel. We will be back for sure!

Book this property now. You won't regret it. We were looking for a place for 7 friends to stay as a base for hiking and wineries and this was PERFECT. The house is immaculate and roomy so we didn't feel on top of each other. There are 3 porches, 2 indoor fire places, 1 outdoor wood fireplace (bring your own), a hot tub and gas grill. Plenty of spaces for people to be alone or with others. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and cozy with individual AC units as needed. 2 sets of washer/dryers helped with people who needed it. The kitchen was stocked with all the equipment you might need which was great. Check-in was perfect and the leasing company was available to answer any and all questions or issues. Check-out was very easy too. This was a great location for our friends trip and hopefully we'll get to stay here in the future. Would definitely recommend to others. You won't go wrong.

The Dundee Villa was a great place to stay. The location is awesome, you are surrounded by beautiful views of vineyards and on a clear day can see Hood and Adams which is lovely. The 2 decks are great for sitting and relaxing. You are close to the town of Dundee so popping down for food or coffee is easy. The house itself is fantastic with well appointed bedrooms, nice bathrooms, and beautiful open floor plan. The natural light is great throughout. The kitchen was well stocked with solid tools and cookware and the wine glass/serving ware (decanters/ice buckets etc) is the best I've ever had in a rental which is nice when you are in wine country as that is clearly part of the draw of staying here! Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay with friends and families. Fully loaded kitchen made all the ladies happier :) . Would love to visit again.

We rented this home during the week of Thanksgiving to enjoy the local vineyards and share a family meal together. There were 8 adults and 2 children. The accommodations were perfect and the location was even better. Having two kitchens and two living spaces was ideal. As the description explains the two halves of the home (and the bedrooms) are separated by double walls which makes each room and area virtually sound proof which is really nice when there are multiple couples or families under the same roof. The location couldn’t have been any better as we were literally walking distance to many local vineyards and tasting rooms. When we weren’t out and about, my family spent most of our time listening to music on the patio which was perfect. The weather was in the 30/40’s when we visited so we rented patio heaters from local rental shop (Reid’s Rental) which I highly recommend as they delivered the units with extra propane and they kept us nice and warm and enabled us to enjoy the patio at any temperature. There are virtually no neighbors which is nice when on vacation and you want something different. The kitchen was better equipped than most of our permanent homes which came in handy considering we made Thanksgiving dinner here. The temperature control of the home was perfect and we never felt cold. Everything in the home is high end and comfortable. Even the pull out beds are memory foam which the young ones appreciated. I don’t have any complaints, only compliments. I will be back with a different crew to enjoy wine country this summer. Glad to have an option like this in the area. Bravo.

Convenient location . Beautiful well equipped home

We rented this place for our wedding weekend, we were to get married at Domaine Roy & fils winery. The location for rental was perfect, we were able to walk through vineyard from house to venue doing our first look. The house is amazing architect, it’s almost like 2 house connected to 1. There are plenty of space for privacy and common areas to enjoy family time. We had our entire family stay at the house (size of 8) it was perfect. Amenities are amazing, plush bedroom, cozy sitting areas with plenty of shawls and fireplace to give that warmth to the house in the evening. We have Tesla and having a EV changer was huge plus for us. This house is equipped with everything in a great location. Design and flow of the house was great with ceiling to floor windows all around with 3 patio areas to enjoy cozy evening with glass of wine. The fire place was best for families with little kids to enjoy s’mores and etc. the location of the house is near to many great wineries around. The response time from the rental company was great, I had reached out on the day of check in a issue I had worn one of the window blind and they very prompt and very accommodating to address the issues. We are already planning for another potential booking of the same property. It was one of the best stays I ever had.

We had 10 people staying there and when we arrived our parents helped us drop off food. At that time we had 14 people inside of the place for 15min. We immediately received a message on the Vrbo app about having too many guests. The only way they could have seen people is if they were looking inside the windows and intruding our privacy. We explained what we were doing (just dropping off food) and that we are fellow Vrbo owners and understand how to respect the rules and property. Instead of receiving a professional note and/or congratulations on the wedding, they threatened eviction if we had more than the 12 people staying or a few guests which we did not. They followed by not replying to our kind and professional response. We found this extremely rude, uncalled for, and disrespectful. A wedding is difficult enough to plan this was a very unpleasant way to start the weekend and it was totally unnecessary. So, know they are watching what you are doing inside of those beautiful windows. To be clear, the property manager we communicated with via text was clearly a different individual and was fantastic. We have only positive things to say about him/her. Just the people managing the Vrbo app showed no respect even when we explained we were there for our wedding. We found their message(s) quite disrespectful and uncalled for. Otherwise, again the facility itself is lovely.

We had a lovely stay and couldn’t believe how close we were to so many wineries!

The modern house is well laid out for grilling on the spacious deck and preparing meals in the well equipped kitchen. There is ample room for 4 couples. The location, in the hills above Dundee, is quiet but convenient for wine tasting and restaurants. The host is very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this property.
