Property was as listed. Unfortunately the outside chairs were mostly damaged before we got there so it left only two able to be used on balcony (we had a group of four) the futon is ok for one person to sleep but not two adults, you can feel the wooden bar in the middle, the main bed was firm and a spring mattress so just took a minute getting used to..the kitchen is too small for group of four if you plan on eating meals in. I knew exactly what we we’re getting and it suited us but it would not suit just anyone. We absolutely loved our stay, no car needed unless you want to venture out over to different areas

The appartement is little but perfect for short stay. Little kitchen for prepare the bassic. Have a great location, beach in the backyard, clean pool, restaurants, drugstore.

Communication was excellent. We were contacted directly after booking and again, about a week before our arrival. We were greeted at the gate by a woman named Noreida. She was super friendly and helpful with information about the activities in the surrounding areas. The apartment is small (bedroom/kitchen combo, bathroom, and patio) but exceptionally CLEAN. The room boasts a washing machine/dryer, WiFi, Tv, fridge, microwave, strong A/C , and a set of beach towels in the closet. Not too many amenities, however, it felt like home. The building’s security is on point! Key fobs provide access to the pool and beach areas. We felt very safe. Neighbors and people we met on the street were friendly and welcoming. Isla Verde beach is right in the building’s backyard. Breathtaking view and food trucks carrying empanadillas, pinchos, and piña coladas are spread out over the area. There’s a 24-hour CVS directly across the street, as well as a Burger King, and a place called 24 Hour Marketplace. They have an extensive menu/bar area on one side and more of a convenience store atmosphere on the other. Within walking distance is Foxwoods Casino which is gorgeous inside. A Chilis restaurant is across the street from there. We will definitely consider this rental for when we return. Our stay was excellent!

Location great, on beach and convenience store easy walks. Studio room small for the three of us, but that's on me, property description was accurate. Furnishings somewhat dated; bed good, futon and couch not so good. Bathroom and utility room very small but shower was good (no bathtub though). We made the room work. Biggest issue - insufficient directions and communications. No responses to messages for a while was unnerving! Better directions and info on local area would have been helpful.

Truly could not be in a better location! Walking distance from stores, restaurants and beaches. We loved our time here ! And the host was kind enough to give us a late checkout as well which we really appreciated :)

This property is conveniently located close to a good beach and was clean. The complex was gated and had decient size swimming pool. The owner was responsive to questions we had. Would recommend this property.

Excellent communication with the owners. The place is very clean, security is very attentive, central and with excellent access to the beach. I loved it, I return and I recommend it.

The check in process was very easy, organized and fast!! The property was clean and had all the amenities I needed to make my stay comfortable!! The location was next to great restaurants and easy access to highway and airport!! I would definitely rent this place again!!!❤❤

This place hands down was amazing. It was well kept and super secure. If you are looking for something to save a little money on your trip, this is definitely it without having to sacrifice.

Gilbert was always available and even with our flight being moved he was very accommodating. His unit was clean and well maintained that made it easy for my wife and 1yo son to easily maneuver. There are plenty of food places nearby within walking distance and we found some pretty great places along the strip. Just want to say thank you again Gilbert for being a great host and I would highly recommend this unit.

It has an assigned parking spot, the kitchen has just what you need to make a simple meal, and the A/C was nice and cold.

The property is beautifully maintained with lush plants, an amazing pool, and its directly on the beach. To enter the property you need to stop at the security booth first. There is a fob you need to use to leave through the gates on the property, and to get back in from the road or the beach. Directly across from the condo is a shopping center with a 24/7 Marketplace that we walked to a lot for coffees, water, snacks, breakfast, and alcohol. There is also a souvenir shop, ice cream, Burger King, and a nice restaurant for dinner, Entrevinos. We also walked to Alambique Beach Lounge for dinner one night. There is a new casino at El San Juan hotel, which was a 2 min. walk from the condo. Great location right on beach with a great pool. Close to many nice restaurants and CVS across the street was very convenient! Condo is dated however all the items you need for a great vacation are available in the unit including washer and dryer! Check in process and stay was great. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was perfect for my needs...a clean place to sleep, GREAT location and a host available to answer all your questions QUICKLY. All of your basic necessities are at your disposal. A definite choice for a great vacation!

We stayed 4 nights, we arrived and inspected everything just like we would at any place other than our own, we noticed the comforter wasn’t too clean, we contacted the owner she apologized and sent the cleaning lady back to the room with brand new sheets and gave us another comforter there was a washer and dryer for convenience which was cool. We was thankful for her attentiveness on the matter. first night the hot water wasn’t working. Contacted the owner when she sent a maintenance person the following day to fix, which he did. Yay to hot water! The balcony and view of the beach was a great addition as well. Overall the stay was okay. We had never used VRBO and was expecting it to be more of an updated unit but we just overlooked that part and enjoyed my husbands birthday! Tv had Netflix so we were able to enjoy Chicago Med while we were there!

Gilbert was very helpful and prompt. I did suggest providing a beach umbrella as they charge $15 per day to rent one, and an extra beach chair to match the red one.
