Love the decoration and cleanliness of the property, mini golf and pickleball was fun too, the owner even gave us a short tutorial of how to play. Hot tub is definitely a highlight, ready-to-use all the time,clean and all the jets work, great stay at Beth's place

Beth's place is fully stocked with all the necessities and more. Very clean and neat apartment in a quiet location. The leaves had just started to turn, and the view to the river showed a burst of fall foliage (something we never tire of, even being from NH). Beth was super responsive but never intrusive. We'll be back!

And thorough! They thought of everything. Everything we needed; with expectations exceeded even after reading all the positive reviews beforehand.
Immediately, my husband and I had a sense of understanding of their values upon entering the property. Prideful people who truly care about providing a top quality experience. A true understanding and display of hospitality.
With everything else booked for several miles they had every opportunity to “price gouge” if they chose. Instead?... A VERY reasonable rate. Plenty bang for your buck, to understate things. They checked in with us daily to see if we needed anything. Our children enjoyed the outdoors with kayaking, fishing, the hot tub, etc. It was the perfect mini vacation for our family.

This place was such a great find!
We just stayed at Beth's place for the second time. It is absolutely wonderful in every way possible. The setting is gorgeous, with our own private outdoor area overlooking the river. Beth is an amazing host - so helpful in every way. The unit is spacious, beautiful and clean. She thinks of everything! Next time we are in Pottsdam we will be back!

Great stay at Beths place
My wife and I were looking for a weekend away and found this place mainly due to the hot tub and location. This exceeded our expectations and owner was very kind and welcoming. This place is attached to owners home but they give you your own space and you can hardly tell anyone else is living there.

So lucky to find this place!
On a trip to visit our grandson and see him play his last high school football season, we stayed at Beth's Place for 10 days. The place was spacious and beautiful inside and outside. The private patio area outside with our own personal hot tub was gorgeous. The inside was beautifully decorated and Beth thought of everything we might need - even a laundry room which was helpful for our long stay. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Pottsdam. Highly reccomended!

My husband and I stayed at Beth's Place while we visited our daughter who attends Clarkson. The place is just beautiful and very comfortable. We used the kitchen (hotplate and toaster oven) to cook for our daughter and she spent the night with us as well. Beth was super easy to communicate with, which we really appreciated as our travel plans were changed a few times because of a winter storm. Thanks so much for a great visit. We will be back!

Comfortable, clean, and cuter than you could imagine. Everything was laid out perfectly and instructions were easy to find and understand.
Queen bed in main bedroom and super comfy twin bed in living room area. Kitchen had everything we needed and some.

Gem in Potsdam NY
This beautifully decorated apartment was perfect respite for a very busy visit to help move family. We wish we had more time to enjoy it as well as the view from the back yard. The walk down to the river seems a bit further than I guessed from the pictures, but the view from the yard was awesome. And we were pressed for time - otherwise I would have happily taken that walk everyday. Only 2 (at most) miles from town. Overall exceptional - we wish we had found earlier. Beautiful and quiet apartment
I stayed for two weeks and It was such a delight to stay in this big, beautiful and comfortable apartment. WiFi excellent, important to me since I was working the whole time. Amy was a perfect landlord, available for whatever was needed and non-intrusive. Privacy and quiet in this foresty yard. I would definitely recommend Amy’s Place and I would stay here again if in the area in the future.

Wonderful Stay!
I was searching for a place in early December 2018 as all hotels were filled. I've used VRBO before and came across Beth's Place. I have to say that this is one of the cleanest and nicest property I have found! It is located in the lower part of their home but it very private and check in and out was as easy as can be! I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting the area and I will look here before I contact hotels the next time I'm herer.

Beth was an outstanding property owner/manager who showed great attention to detail. This rental is well maintained and clean. We would highly recommend staying at Beth's Place if anyone is in need of a place to stay in the Potsdam area.
We enjoyed having wild turkeys in the yard along with deer one morning. Such a quiet and peaceful place off the road.

Great place to stay in Potsdam!
My roommate and I stayed at Beth’s place while attending our Clarkson University class reunion. What a find! Beautiful property just outside of town, right on the river, complete with kayaks and paddles. Our apartment was tastefully decorated and well equipped, and Beth was a lovely host. We highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful relaxing retreat
I enjoyed a very comfortable weekend at Beth’s home while attending a soccer alumni weekend at Clarkson. The accommodations were very upscale, comfortable and relaxing. The location is very private and very close to all of the Clarkson facilities and Potsdam restaurants/stores. Will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Clarkson!

Second time staying at Beth's Place. This is my all time favorite place to stay in Potsdam. This property is furnished so beautifully! It is absolutely spotless. Beth is amazingly easy to communicate with and answers all questions immediately. The property is right on the river and the grounds are stunning!

A perfect home away from home!
Beth’s Place to Stay far exceeded my expectations. The location is both picturesque on the river and conveniently located to Clarkson and Potsdam. The apartment is private, immaculate, and tastefully decorated. We were able to visit our son at Clarkson and spend time together as a family in this comfortable home like setting. Everything that we needed was provided. Beth was friendly and easy to communicate with yet respected our privacy. This was a much nicer alternative to a hotel room. We look forward to returning throughout the upcoming years!

The apartment was perfect for our short 2 night trip. I would have loved to take advantage of the fire pit and kayaking given a longer visit. Beth was great and super accommodating.
