Love this house we have stayed in it back in 2017. The pool is great and the location to the beach is amazing. We definitely love the opportunity to stay here as we go to Holden beach every summer.

The place was very clean and neat. Very well stocked. Grandkids enjoyed fishing off the dock and everyone enjoyed the pool. Walk to beach access was a bit challenging with children. Would recommend to guests, a beach cart/wagon that would make it much easier.

The house is clean and has a great open floor plan with plenty of room for family and friends to gather and play. Every room has its own TV and Roku setup, and the loft leads out to a widow’s walk for fantastic stargazing. The kitchen is a little tight, but what one isn’t with 8+ people staying in a house? Public beach access is close by, and the pier and general store (and ice cream!) are only a few blocks away as well. The owner was prompt and polite in all communications. This house will definitely will be on our list to stay again in the future!

Amazing home with great views of both the intercostal waterway and the ocean across the street. Beds were comfortable and clean. We had a slight problem with the pools heater not working but owner was responsive and issued a refund for the inconvienence. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Mary Sol. The house had plenty of space, and then some with lots of water views. Close to beach access. The kitchen was very well stocked and there was even a welcome bag with a starter kit of essentials. We will definitely return!

This was the perfect property for a family on vacation. Pool, beach across the street and on the canal with a dock…what more could you ask for. Highly maintained with well appointed kitchen and welcome bag! Tons of entertainment channels for both kids and adults, this house had everything we needed. Had a great stay and Holden Beach is a great family location!

Staying at Mar-Y-Sol was absolutely perfect. Just what we were looking for for a family vacation. Everything was as is on the ad. So pretty and perfect setting. With the ocean across the street and the canal behind the house; there was easy access to all waterways. Kayaking, fishing, crabbing and looking for shells was fabulous. The house was clean and spacious. AND THE POOL....a plus...it was soooo hot out. Al is a wonderful host and responded immediately to me when I had a couple of questions. (Thank you Al).

This was our first time in Holden and this house could not have been more perfect for us! We thoroughly enjoyed the private pool and loved how close we were to the public beach access! The amenities provided were great and the welcome bag was such a nice touch. The only thing we wish was different was that all bathrooms had showers, as the one bedroom just has a jacuzzi tub. Not super inconvenient and we just shared with the kids upstairs. We also loved the rooftop deck and enjoyed our morning coffee out there every morning. This is a perfect property for families and for those who like to split their time between the pool and beach. We can’t wait to come back!

We loved staying here!!! There are so many bed options that’s it’s perfect for a group!
The beach was a short walk and the dock behind the house was a huge favorite!!!! We caught fish and crabs with fishing rods and used nets to catch shrimp and crabs too! The kayaks were awesome too! We fished from the kayak and my son went on his first kayak ride! We loved the pool too!!! It’s so nice to have the pool for the kids and for us to cool off in! The beach was huge and fantastic! We found a lot of shells and crabs!

Great stay we really enjoyed being there. The pool was a plus.
I wish the jacuzzi tub had a shower. The ice maker was impressive it kept up with our big family. I would recommend this home to any family looking for a beach vacation. The owner took care of all our needs.

The kitchen was well stocked and the complimentary bag of necessities, including toilet paper, paper towels, a dish sponge, bleach wipes, as well as a few small gifts for our children (an activity book, goggles and cookies!), was a nice touch! The linens were well laundered and organized, even labeled and sanitary wrapped. Outdoor showers made it easy to keep sand from making it's way into the house after our beach trips, which were only a block away, walking distance! The pool was very clean and our children had a blast playing with all of the floats and toys available for use. It was a beautiful view from the rooftop as well as the back deck. Parking was easy and spacious. The host was amazing; friendly and considerate, ready to answer any questions we had! We will definitely be staying here again and will log this as one of our favorite destinations!

This was our 2nd time to rent this house and it's perfect for our family. We love being across the street from the beach, having a pool in the back for swimming, and the canal for fishing, paddle boarding, and kayaking! Great vacation!

The owner has thought of everything in equipping the house. Location is great. Right near public access to the beach (check this before renting anything but oceanfront in Holden Beach). The pool was so welcoming, many days we didn't make it to the beach. There are not many restaurants in Holden Beach, but it is centrally located between Southport and Little River/Shallotte/North Myrtle Beach, which gives you all the variety those places have to offer.

Break from the hustle and bustle
I will start by saying this vacation was much needed. After a year filled with unease and huge changes my family and I were ready for a break. The house was immaculate, the pool was heated and the beach was not even a five minute walk. We spent our days looking for shells, swimming in the pool, playing ping pong and just enjoying the views and open airy feeling that this home offered. It was the perfect place to recharge our batteries. My 9 year old twins cried when it was our last day, but we assured them that this will be a yearly tradition. Thank you so much for welcoming us to this wonderful home.

Great Stay
Our stay was quite wonderful. Al, was in contact right from the word go and stayed that way. We had a small issue with the pool and within 30 minutes someone came by to fix it.
The location is perfect and I would strongly recommend staying.

Excellent location close to beach nice relaxing atmosphere and great time
Communication with property manager was superb, very helpful, friendly and professional. House was amazing it was clean, big, had everything you can possibly need, TV in every room and the swimming pool was awesome and we fished off the dock we had an excellent relaxing family week will definitely be back next year.

Great house
My family and I had a wonderful vacation at Marysol. Al was great to work with and was very quick to address any questions that we had before and during our stay. The dock and canal was perfect for bringing the boat and the pool was a plus when we wanted to get away from the sand and ocean. This house was perfect for our family and will definitely plan to rent in the future.

This home is spacious and has all the amenities to make a great family vacation. The owners provided quick responses to all of our inquiries and made us feel very welcome. The house was very clean and well maintained. Awesome location! We hope to be back in 2021!
