We wanted a central location in Coconut Grove area. This apartment was in a perfect location. View from the room was superb. Hotel staff extremely helpful. Marie was available and responded quickly to queries.

This room in my opinion was expensive. It served its purpose of providing us a place to stay for my event I was attending. It’s not updated. The smell of smoke wafted every time we entered, and there was trash left from the previous persons, the toilet never flushed properly, and none of the light switches worked the lamps. My daughters stayed in two other rooms in this hotel and they were beautiful! One of them paid less than I did. The owner was very responsive when I reached out. but it be was definitely lacking. It had a small kitchen and there weren’t even paper towels available, we had two face cloths for 5 days. The owners need to spend some money and upgrade the room, and pay attention to some details like I mentioned previously. It did have a nice view of Biscayne Bay. I would choose a different room for sure if I ever return.

The property was well put together and clean, I had everything I needed during my stay. Marie, was an excellent host, and was great with communication and getting back to me as soon as possible with answering any question I may had. Due to me having surgery I wasn’t able to go out so I had to utilize the balcony to enjoy the weather which provided a lovely view of the water and boats, it most definitely provided a sense of relaxation. Next time I go to Miami, I will be choosing to stay with them again.

Loved this property and the great communication from Marie made the process incredibly easy. The room was super clean, well stocked and the location and view were perfect and it was walking distance to tons of shops & restaurants. It made for a short, but fun weekend visiting our daughter.

The location is great close to lots of restaurants and cafés in a nice residential safe area . The unit itself is good but the furnishing needs updating and several electric outlets are loose in a way that our plugs don’t stay in place and fall off . Other than that it was good.

Our stay was great. The place was clean and the view was beautiful. The pool and hot tub close way too early, but that is the hotels issue not the host. The plug ins could use an update. The cords kept falling out otherwise it was great! Would definitely recommend! The neighborhood is so pretty and safe!

Picture is accurate. Clean and simple. We were just popping in to tour the University of Miami with our daughter. If she attends we would consider using the same place. We didn't use the kitchenette but nice to have that ability should we want to use in the future.

Picture is accurate. Clean and simple. We were just popping in to tour the University of Miami with our daughter. If she attends we would consider using the same place. We didn't use the kitchenette but nice to have that ability should we want to use in the future.

Hello, we usually stay ocean/beach front but this time we decided to stay ocean/marina front. It was a good change watching the boats (from the balcony) coming and going from the boat ramp and marina. And we got a bonus because the Dinner Key Marina had a public boat ramp, and that is always fun to watch people getting their boat ready and backing their boats into the water. The room and building was very nice. We brought some food and drinks to the room and had plenty of space in the two small refrigerators. The kitchen was sufficient for making small meals and reheating left overs from the local eateries. The pool had an attendant that gave out towels and helped with chair and umbrella relocation. The pool had a nice hot tub that was open. It was nice having the free parking in the garage. We went to the Everglades National Park, Miami Zoo, Bill Baggs State Park Across the bay from us ( Got to eat at the state park restaurant excellent views and food), and South Miami Beach Art Deco area. This place is close to all those attractions and at the end of the day it is nice to come home to this room where it is quite and secure. Close by the condo are plenty of places to eat and explore, also a grocery store (by the Coast Guard Hanger and Montes restaurant). So actually if you didn't want to go anywhere you wouldn't need a rental car just uber from the airport.
