Great stay!

We loved our stay in Cherry Creek, the property had everything to make us feel cozy and at home.

We loved Maria’s charming rental in the heart of Cherry Creek. She has obviously put so much effort into decorating this place, and we appreciated the special touch. Very walkable location - restaurants, coffee, stores and bars just a few blocks away, and the houses in this area are unique and beautiful! We would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Maria!

This house is super cute, had more than we could have asked for! Everything was really organized and we loved how things were labeled! Example (one plant container in the bathroom said "legs") it had extra razors in it for our use, so thoughtful! The Dyson hair dryer was a nice touch too! Coffee bar/nook was stocked! Flavored syrups for coffee and even bitters for mixed drinks! Very impressed with how cozy it felt, great decor and the home owner was extremely nice and helpful! Check out process was the best, there was only one request, take a pic of the parking pass...so nice! Would definitely stay again! 💗 Much love for this little Cherry Creek home!

We lived in Denver for several years, so we knew the area we wanted to stay, and this was perfect. Walking distance to all of our favorite Cherry Creek restaurants and coffee spots. Easy and safe street parking. Plenty of room for two toddlers, an infant, and both parents.

Maria is great. The property was just what we needed and in a great location!

The attention to detail was INCREDIBLE, and the location was perfect! Very walkable to lots of coffee shops, restaurants and stores. We had every accommodation and amenity we would want, and then some! There was even a note letting us know that the herb garden out front was fair game, if we wanted to use the herbs for drinks or food. Maria went above and beyond to communicate with us and ensure we were settled in nicely to the property. Would highly recommend!

Good neighborhood to stay in. Property clean and quiet. Kitchen had no sink, so it was difficult to manage.

This is a beautifully maintained property on one of the best streets of a beautiful area, just two blocks from the shops and restaurants of the Cherry Creek area. Maria has a cozy place behind her home. She’s so sweet and responsive to messages. The place is nicely decorated and there’s a kitchenette but no sink but that’s in the works for next time we are told ! Amazing location in a beautiful neighborhood. All arrangements were easy. Will definitely stay again!

What an amazing location and an even better host! Maria went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Comfortable beds, high end touches, central location in a high end neighborhood ,walking distance to every shop and restaurant in Cherry Creek and a quick ride to Downtown and freeway access. This was the perfect home base for a fun girl's weekend. Maria was very communicative and went out of her way to make sure everything was just right. There were plenty of supplies, bedding, towels, etc. We even had an air purifier. The lack of sink/kitchen wasn't an issue because we didnt' cook. Location very safe and residential but walkable to coffee, shops, restuarants, etc. Beds were a bit soft for my taste, but overall we had a great experience.

So many convenient features: washer/dryer, complete bar equipment, living area and outdoor seating with a roof overhead, 2 comfortable king beds and a quiet neighborhood. Vegan toiletries, hair dryer, microwave, coffee maker, under counter fridge. Not the place for cooking meals, but with so many restaurants within easy walking distance, who wants to cook? Host Maria is very accommodating and her attention to detail is evident in the decor as well as in her prompt communications.

My husband and I along with our three boys (ages 3, 8, and 10) needed a place stay while visiting extended family. Maria was extremely friendly and responsive with answering questions ahead of time. The place itself is essentially a basement apartment, but we almost never heard any sounds coming from above. My 6’2” husband had no problems with low ceilings or anything like that. It’s basically two bedrooms with a living area and a laundry closet and a little patio area. My 10 year old liked retreating to the patio to read and escape his brothers! Beds were all very comfortable. Kitchenette was very well stocked but it is still a kitchenette. There is only one sink on the bathroom for the whole place. This was fine for us who just wanted a place for snacks, cereal, and tea in the morning—just don’t expect to be doing extensive cooking (although there is equipment for it). Neighborhood is great—pleasant to walk around with sidewalks and close (walkable) to the upscale Cherry Hill shopping area. It felt very safe. We live in an urban area where I wouldn’t necessarily want to leave a $70k large SUV on the street, but I felt perfectly fine doing so here. If you stay here, just don’t forget to return the city parking guest pass like we did (despite the reminder on the table)! If you’re okay with the limited sink situation, it’s a great place to stay.

This was such a cute place to stay! It is located close to lots of things to do and places to eat. The neighbor is quiet and friendly! Maria is an awesome host. She has made their home an awesome place to get away and relax! I plan on coming back for another stay!

Great location and responsive caring owner. Cute kitschy decore. Full size washer and dryer are a plus for a family. Nice visit and location. I would recommend this property if not expecting to cook. Kitchenette lacks sink, so cleaning up is challenging in bathroom. Stayed a week with 2 teenage girls, and we found a single bathroom a bit tight for us especially with sink used for food and kitchen clean-up.

The location was great close to shopping center and restaurants. The owners were great with sending all required information prior to our arrival.
