Overall excellent. However there is a few things that might be improved. The front door sticks. The clothes dryer door is warped and it takes a little effort to get it to close. A little water was spilt on the kitchen floor but we couldn't find a mop to clean it up with. One night we decided to cook in the condo and got all of our food out to prepare but couldn't find a can opener. That is an inexpensive item but irritating when you have to stop what you are doing and go out and buy one. These are all minor issues and otherwise we were very satisfied.

Air conditioner filter is nasty!! Dishwasher not working! Bathtub would not drain out, standing in dirty bath water throughout our showers! Entrance to beach not handicap accessible!! Fan in master bathroom noisy!

Ocean view is very underwhelming to be called "ocean view." Internet a little spotty. Kitchen table a bit unstable
