Literally breathtaking. Mountains and location are beautiful. Easy access to surrounding shops. One issue we had was incorrect directions given by property manager. After turning onto four o’clock road, make sure you turn left on kings crown (this step was missing) THEN turn right onto Snowflake Drive. Otherwise, we loved the area, house was HUGE and beds were comfy. Beautiful views. Tons of amenities.

Easy and quick to rent, enjoyed our stay, glad it was a small hike into town so that we could get our steps in!

We loved this place. It is located close to everything and the views are lovely. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out.

This townhouse was located in the perfect location. Walking distance to town, trail right behind house, and wonderful views of the mountain. There is also a ski lift located right behind the property too. We went in summer so it wasn't operational. The fireplace came in handy too as we were hiking and got caught in a sudden sleet downpour and Temps in the 30s. Yes in late June. Overall we enjoyed this property and would definitely stay again.

Great location. It was a bit flat coming in on Snowflake run at the end of the day, but worth it to ski out to the lift at the start of the day. The kitchen was well stocked and it had a good layout (kids could stay on bottom floor). There were some maintenance issues- the pull out couch frame was bent and basically unusable. Some of the windows didn't open. The garage key pad stopped working. The ice maker and water in the refrigerator weren't working. Part of the hot tub seat was broken. We requested more towels so we would have enough for the hot tub and did not receive them. Also, the cleaning fee seems high as you are asked to remove all trash and wipe down the counters.

Perfect for our group of 9. Ski in/Ski out was exactly as described and worked great with the kids (ie no lugging their equipment back and forth). House was spacious and hot tub was a hit every night after skiing. Would highly recommend this house for any Breck skiers! 10-15 minute walk to town is a nice bonus.

The property was in a great location. We had a few new skiers and I would more accurately describe it as a ski out, and a walk/hike in. The home could use a few updates due to a ripped couch, old bedding, paint and dents on the walls and a deep clean. Overall we had a very good experience.

Those three words pretty much sum up our experience! Easy to book, perfect communication and description of property, amazing location! Don’t hesitate to book this place!

We had the best time and the ski in ski out made the difference. Easy walk out of the garage and down a quick flight Of stairs to access ski trail and lift. Easy trail in at end of day! Private hot tub and space to spread out made our time as a family well worth it. Skiers paradise!

Family loved the spot - away from the mayhem of base areas, 20 yards to Snowflake lift, and fairly easy return once you figure it out. Also, if you need to rent equipment, it is right there below house/at lift.House is very comfortable, functional, well equipped, and spacious. Only possible downside would be that it is outdated, yet in generally good shape. Would absolutely return & recomend to friends!

This beautiful home was perfect for our family. For the skiers, the ski in/ski out access was super convenient. The free town shuttle stop is nearby and so convenient we never used our personal vehicle. Thanks Katie for sharing your home.

The home is very nice. When you are ready to go skiing, you will walk out of the house, onto the road, then down a set of stairs to the Snowflake run. To get home, you will ski down Snowflake run, then take a flight of stairs to get up to the road, onto the street, then into the house. The hot tub is very awesome and fits 4 women comfortably. The layout of the house is wonderful. Two couples and three singles would have plenty of room (or three couples and two singles). There is one king bed in the master upstairs, one queen bed on the main floor, and a full size bottom bunk, twin top bunk and twin bed in the downstairs room. There is a full bathroom on every level. You will have all the pots/pans, dishes, cups and utensils you need but you will have to purchase paper towels, laundry soap, coffee...some items you would expect to be on hand. We had no issues besides there was not a garage door opener, so every time we wanted to leave, we had to back out of the garage, get out of the vehicle, hit the garage button, jump over the garage door eye and more inconvenient was every time we came back, someone had to get out of the car, go up to the front door, run down to the basement, then open the garage door. This would be an easy fix. The dishwasher had a broken latch but still worked. There is no garbage can in the unit for accumulated trash - you will need to walk it a small building at the end of the road to a common trash area. The wifi worked well, and the TV in the main room was adequate for relaxing in the evening. The fireplace was a wonderful place to warm up after a long day skiing. You will enjoy this house and location, but a 4 wheel drive vehicle would be suggested with the mild incline in the roadway when approaching the neighborhood and when entering and exiting the neighborhood.

You have an extremely beautiful home, located in a very friendly location for ski access! I don't feel anyone could ask for anything more convenient than what you have for skiing. It provided everything that we wanted and needed in our weeks stay. Very comfortable! Thank You for sharing with us!
