Lauren and Ryan were the best hosts and the their lake house is beautiful. Also one of the best stocked rental houses we have ever been in. The decor was charming, linens fluffy and clean and the home was cozy and perfect for our family. We would definitely rent The Greenlight Lodge again.

By far the owners are the best we have ever dealt with and we have rented a lot of houses through VRBO. Not saying we have had bad experiences before just saying they are over the top with communication with their renters and just the simple touch’s they have added to the house and the experience. We will 100% rent the house again. Highly recommend it. The Hideout is a great community.

We all enjoyed everything about this property. From the teens to the adults we all felt at home. The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed relaxing down in the speakeasy as well as the deck with fire pit. The owners clearly take pride in their ownership of this home. We felt like we were visiting family. Check in and out procedures were clear and reasonable. I highly recommend The Greenlight Lodge!

My girlfriends and I stayed at this beautiful home in Lake Ariel for a weekend to get out of the city. We enjoyed every second of it - the beautiful decor, the comfortable beds and couches, even the kitchen stocked with appliances and pots/pans (the keurig and Nespresso were an added bonus!) Lauren and Ryan were so welcoming from the moment we reserved our stay and went above and beyond to make sure we were all set with things to do and places to eat. Every recommendation was fantastic and we loved every place that we went. We can’t thank Lauren and Ryan enough for their hospitality. Don’t sleep on this place - it is a hidden gem and a fantastic find!!!

We couldn’t wait to get away to escape our current 4 walls of COVID. We found The Green Light Lodge on VRBO and fell in love with the pictures! We don’t ski so the inside of house amenities were a big factor us because we knew we would be hunkering down for the long weekend. Our 5 star stay began as soon as we pulled in... our teen & tween daughters loved the outside fairy lights as we pulled in. And we were immediately welcomed with a basket of goodies and a fire already crackling. The fact that the owners include and thought of EVERYTHING meant we could start relaxing immediately because we had minimal stuff to unpack from the car! Beds were made, towels provided, toiletries, cleaning products, coffee, and PANCAKE MIX!!! We spent the weekend having family bonding time, watching Netflix and playing shuffleboard in the game roomAlso huge shout out to the property manager Candace who not only welcomed us with a bottle of wine Saturday night but completely understood when we had to have a later check out due to an ice stormWe can not wait to find another time when we can come back! While we LOVE a fire and cozy, lazy weekends in, we look forward to coming back and maybe spending sometime outside and taking advantage of the lake and your outdoor fit pit lolThank you again for sharing your home!! This property was amazing and just what we needed! All of the décor and little details in the house were so well thought out and much appreciated! It was the perfect getaway for my family to quarantine in a cozy and beautiful location! The owners were so helpful as well before we even got to the house as well as once we were there. It was truly a wonderful trip and we will definitely be coming back!

From the tasteful decor to the beautiful chef’s kitchen to the cozy living room to the wonderful firepit, this stay has certainly been one for the books! It’s clear the owners really care about making sure renters have a good experience. Worth every dollar!

Perfect rental for multi family. Decoration is tasteful and the kitchen is more than we can except! We had a really good time!

The Greenhouse Lodge is the perfect place for a getaway! The house has everything you need - cute design touches, fully supplied kitchen, the fireplace and fire pit all add up to a cozy and comfortable stay. We had 5 friends in the house comfortably with plenty of room for cooking, relaxing, and resting. They are so friendly and really go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need for a carefree stay. Could not recommend more highly!

We had a great stay over the Thanksgiving holiday at the Green Light Lodge. The house had great amenities and all of the supplies we needed to make a big dinner. We especially enjoyed the speakeasy style basement and all of the games that were provided. Everything was very clean and the decor really nice. Would definitely recommend for a family getaway.

We loved this house because of all the fun things that were included. Our kids loved the train car bedroom and playing shuffle board, while we loved the deck and having cocktails by the fire. The whole house is very thoughtfully designed and considerate of guests, I appreciated the comfy beds and quality towels, things that you don't always get when staying in a rental. Within an hour of our stay we agreed we will definetely be back!

We pretty much spent 40 hours at the rental, so cooking was a big part of everything we did. With that said, the kitchen was fully equipped with enough equipment to make a traditional thanksgiving dinner. Bring extra paper towels though.

This had everything we needed for 4 adults. Came with my family in Fall and we were able to go hiking, golfing and enjoy the amenities in the home such as games and the fire pit. Would rent again!

I stayed here with my best friend for a moms only / kid free weekend. The house was gorgeous (so much space for two women but hey we were going for luxury!). The property manager met us at the house and showed us all of the rooms and answered any questions we had- she also gave us a large bottle of wine and a bag of delicious donuts!! During our stay we sat by the fire pit, used the fireplace, played records, played shuffle board, cooked meals and in general enjoyed each other’s company. The house was PERFECT! Because of Covid we didn’t venture out much (also the house was beautiful so we didn’t need to) but I’m sure if/ when we return the beach, pool and other amenities would be great. The pictures truly don’t do this house justice! Thanks for a great stay!

We were more than impress, how clean and cosy the house was. It was everything there ,what we needed to relax and cook for our kids. We were hiking, went to the beach, were playing mini golf and at the evening we were enjoy glass of wine and fire pit. The house has great test and it was very neat.

The upgrades to the home are done really well with so much thought put into everything. The kitchen, living area, game room and train carriage bunk room are just excellent. Other bedrooms are a little tight. Location is very good and highly recommend visiting Lake Wallenpaupack.

Our stay at The Green Light Lodge was amazing. The home was everything it said it would be and more. The beds were super comfortable and our grandson loved pulling the curtain over for his hideaway bunk bed. We had many family meals as cooking was a pleasure with us all being together in the open concept upstairs. The detail in The Great Gatsby decor helped us feel like we were a part of something special. Thank you for sharing your home and we hope to be back again one day.
