The apartment was perfect- 2 bedrooms, 2 bath with a well appointed kitchen. Everything was clean and well thought out. Check in could not have been easier or better communicated. The location was FANTASTIC if you want to be situated within easy walking distance of business district and WW2 museum as well as the French Quarter. 5 stars for all of the above!!
However, the 2nd floor front bedroom with the en suite has 2 street lights that shine into the apartment like daylight ALL night. Then there is the street car that goes by every 20-30 minutes all night as well as general party goers. Sleep is hard to find. Definitely need earplugs as well as the provided sleep machine. But the apartment does NOT have black out shades which must be added for a return.

The bed was broken in the extra room and to accommodate, was offered to transfer to a completely different property away from the French quarter. Was charged $900+ for the transfer, even though we never did, without consent and then reimbursed it a day later - charged $2.00 each day for what I don’t know. An inspection should have been done prior to our stay for the cost of this place. Extremely disappointed!

Location is fantastic, so close to Bourbon street. Nicely renovated, great kitchen, outdoor balcony, elevator. Thank you for providing shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Comfortable retreat to return to after exploring the big easy. Bedroom that faces the street is a bit noisy.... being ear plugs and an eye mask. Great stay overall!

Overall, excellent. The place is just as you see it--high ceilings, large windows and lots of light. Beautifully appointed. Very close walking to the French Quarter. Also, very easy check-in and check out procedures as well as quick responses with any questions or problems. Management was always easy to get in touch with. One issue we did have was some glitchy-ness with the internet and the streaming on the tv. It would freeze up or periodically just not work. This was only on occasion, but a bit annoying. A couple of other small issues worth mentioning primarily because if one is going to pay this amount nightly, there should really be no issues: the dish soap dispenser at the kitchen sink did not work, the master bath was missing a towel bar, and the shower curtain in the 2nd bathroom really needs magnets which keep it secure to the wall when showering.. Also, when we arrived we noticed there were no drinking glasses at all in the cabinets. However, we contacted management and we received these first thing the next morning which was great.

Would definitely stay here again. Great location . There’s a Trolley stop right out the door and it’s close to the quarter. We had a bit of an issue with the coffee that was promptly resolved. I would encourage the owners to get black out curtains for the front bedroom. And, while the trolley stop is convenient, it’s running until late. If you go to bed early, bring earplugs. It can be loud. Loved it! Very well laid out with thoughtful accessories (throw blankets) thanks!!!

Very clean and well organized
Great and comfortable property. Very clean and well organized. It felt like being at home away from home. Eatery's and shops were all within walking distance. Bourbon street was a 2 minute walk across Canal street. Taking an Uber to many locations was less than 1 mile.

Relaxing Place
Look no further! If you want to be in the most prime location, you need to stay here. We were a 2 minute walk to bourbon street and the French quarter. The apartment was clean and exactly as the pictures. We loved just relaxing on the balcony. Obviously with it being so close to bourbon street it can get pretty loud on the weekends, but that's to be expected. But everything else was perfect, the check in process was also ridiculously easy!! Will definitely be staying here again!

Clean and had all the necessities
Overall we had fun. Good location to the French quarter and financial district. Clean and had all the necessities. Make sure if you're going before checkin you have a place to store luggage. We used Carry on Luggage on Burgundy St. they were very friendly.

This place is simply awesome! It's close to Bourbon St, but far enough where the noise isn't too much. The beds were super comfy & the place is beautiful! I loved the technology used for easy check-in & check-out. It has two restaurants below it & both have great food!

Everything is walking distance
this place was amazing I came to new Orleans to celebrate my 6year anniversary and I did exactly that lol bourbon street is 3min walk from sextant stays the restaurant next door daisy dukes is a must try they have great food if I want to party and have a great time book this place everything was walking distance I really had a great time thanks again sextant stay

Where this property was convenient & lovely, I have mixed feelings. The layout was perfect for privacy, the 2 bedroom/2 baths was such a nice treat, however, there were things we did not love about the property. The furniture is great to look at, but not comfortable at all! If you plan to lounge & rest at the property, rethink this location. Also, the master bedroom overlooks Cardonolet & it so so bright & loud in that bedroom. Thankfully there is a white noise machine in the room, but if you are a light sleeper, this isn’t the place for you. The other bedroom is pitch black without windows, so at least half of your party should get good sleep. Even though these struggles were real, the convenient location & visual aesthetics of this property cancelled some of them out. We did like it, but feel a few upgrades in furniture quality & blackout curtains would take this location to the next level!!

Great location!!
This place was very clean and offered all of the necessities needed for a great stay! It was in a great location with walking distance to most everywhere. The beds and pillows were unbelievably comfortable!!

Perfect condo/ close to everything
Immaculate and beautifully decorated condo. Management company had quick communication. Had to reschedule our original trip for the following week due to a hurricane and they made it easy. The condo is right next to all the action. Keep in mind it’s in more of a business area than residential, besides the other units in the building. Loved our stay!

What a great place!
So close to French Quarter, but not too close. Great access to street car. And the cost to ride the street car is only $3 for the day. Food is plentiful. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious.

Perfect location...awesome apartment!
I was expecting a small one bedroom apartment but when we opened the door at Carondelet we where shocked at the size of this sprawling totally renovated, modern apt...not that you’re here a lot! lol. That brings me to the next plus, location. I was pleasantly surprised to learn when you cross over Canal St...Carondelet becomes Burbon St! This apt is close enough to the action but far enough for a quiet sleep which was perfect for us. I would highly recommend this apt and would stay here again.

Close to everything NOLA!
This apartment was perfect for our five day trip; close to the French Quarter and trolly right outside the door for trips to the garden district. The loft is roomy, quite and has all you need in the kitchen (except salt and pepper). The ONLY reasons I am giving a four star (wish there was choice for a 4 1/2) instead of five star is the bed was was too soft for us and there was only one key for the apartment. Even so, we would definitely stay here again.

VERY NOISEY
Nice apartment but unit had no water pressure. Had to call for a coffee maker upon arrival. Trolley runs right next to unit ALL NIGHT LONG!!! Unit was relatively clean. Location was great.

Great location and beautiful apartment.
The location is great. It was really easy to travel anywhere in the city from where we were, especially the French Quarter which was no more than 1 block away. The apartment we had did not have windows, but it did have a huge skylight that allowed in all the natural light we could ever want.
During our stay the internet was not working (it was explained to me it was due to the service provider, which is understandable) and we did not get service until the 2nd day of our stay. Stay Alfred offered a partial refund for the difficulty, which definitely made up for the hassle.
Overall this experience was very good and I feel that Stay Alfred customer service did a wonderful job helping us out with the internet connection. I will definitely stay here again when we return to New Orleans.

Mardi gras week
Loved the location, spaciousness of the condo. Had a weird smell though that never went away, even in the hall. Cleanliness was not their priority, had balloons wrapped in ceiling fan so we couldn't use that, lipstick on the glasses, etc. Overall def the place to stay if you want a quick walk to Bourbon and the French Quarter. I'd rent again.

A Great Place
Came to town for a conference and loved my stay. The unit was shiny and new - appliances, furniture, systems - the bed was large and very comfortable, the building was quiet, etc.
My stay was seamless and all that I could have hoped for. The only downside was the noise from the streets after a late night of hanging out. But, would definitely stay again.

Bait and Switch
This unit would be a 5 out of 5. However, the unit presented in the pictures is NOT the unit I got. The unit in the pictures has windows, and the one I was given in the same building did NOT have any windows. I would not have booked a condo with no windows had I know. I thought on Homeaway the unit pictured was the unit you got, but apparently not.

Ideal location
Location and style great , food fabulous beneath. Was very disappointed upon arrival that there was not a balcony as appears in pictures which was why we decided to book it. We wanted a balcony for our getaway, had other issues with lights functioning and supplies, but after all we were there to have fun for a week , so mostly we were out, it was a bit of a nuisance having to wash towels daily. Location and comfort
This building is in a great spot. I previously stayed at the Hilton St. Charles and this building is a block away. It is truly right where you'd stay if you came and paid the same rate or more for a hotel room. So the location is great and the apartment was recently remodeled and furnished. It is very comfortable and the furniture is attractive. Coffee was provided and we enjoyed having a pot while everyone got ready to go out for the day.

Great property, quiet and clean. Would stay here again. Accessible to all.Next time I would just ask that there be extra linens provided for the pull out bed. No blanket, just a sheet.

Great location, very comfortable.
I highly recommend this condo and rental company. Stay Alfred was easy to get in touch with and helpful. The condo was very nice: clean, new, nicely decorated.
The location is fabulous. Steps from two streetcar lines and walking distance to all of the fun stuff and yummy food in the French Quarter and CBD.
