Patrick was very quick and responsive when we had any questions or concerns. The house is located in a great area, within walking distance to grocery store, restaurant and beach. The pool and deck area is amazing and a great spot to hangout in the evenings! Would definitely recommend and will stay again

House was perfect for us. Children on one side, pets on the other. The pool and deck were perfect and made the stay a hit with everyone. Would definitely stay again.

Overall we had a wonderful stay…perfect for our family. The owner was so responsive in every way …the pool was the best!! We would stay here again!! We loved to duplex and the separation for our two families…great location and easy walk to the beach! Highly recommend.

Nice location perfect for what we needed.

We enjoyed our trip! It was a great house very nice deck and pool, a huge plus was the walkway to the beach not too far at all! Only issue was neighbors were very picky about any kind of music being played. We were screamed at multiple times during the middle of the day (2pm-4pm) when the music was at a normal volume not loud at all. Other than that it was a great trip! Just be cautious in renting if you plan on playing music by the pool. Other than that it was a great house and great beach experience!

House and property was great. It was nice having the two separate units combined, plenty of space for a large group. Patio and pool area was larger than expected and great for a group of our size. It is right next to local families so we had to keep it down at night but nothing unreasonable

My friends and I had a wonderful time in this house! Even better than in the pictures. Patrick was so helpful and answered any questions in a quick manner. The home is in the middle of a few residential homes so you have to make sure to be quiet and respectful in the evening hours, not the place for any crazy spring break trip!! We had so much fun and just turned it down in the later hours or went out downtown! Definitely recommend!

The location was great the cleaning was not. Thankfully we were refunded cleaning fee and host was amazing to work with. Lots of people have mentioned broken couch which is still broken. Unable to use sofa to sleep with which was a planned sleeping location for our group.

The property is perfect for a family vacation. The separate spaces made it perfect for our multi-generation family, giving the adults a quiet place to escape when needed. The pool, deck, location, everything was on point. I look forward to renting again.

The cleaning was rushed so one unit was fully cleaned while the other needed more work. Reached out to property manager and immediately had someone come to clean as well as fix broken ladder to pool and clogged toilet. Was a little surprised by the property as I had a little higher expectations. All and All our family of 18 had a great time in the pool and in a perfect location for beach access, ice cream, fresh seafood market and Wave store that has just about all you need. There is a great restaurant called the Beach House around the corner with a nice little bar and a great family and friendly vibe.

All and All our family of 18 had a great time in the pool and in a perfect location for beach access, ice cream, fresh seafood market and Wave store that has just about all you need. The house has many good features. It is a good location with an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The walking path is nice. The owner is friendly and responsive. It was nice to be able to bring the dog. The pool was clean and a nice feature. There is ample parking and space for sitting outdoors. The house itself needs some TLC:Thermostats are programmed to drop to 60 at night. This meant either freezing or not running AC at night. Gas grill by pool is disgusting (rust, dirt) and missing a grease trap. No propane, which we’d have replaced except the grill is too gross to use. Need to trash the small grill on upper deck. We had planned to grill and makes s’mores, but couldn’t. The couch on the right side is broken and should be replaced. Showers in all but left side master have reversed temperature gauges. This took a couple days to figure out. A Shelf is missing in fridge on left.Need to re-seal the deck - splinters and nails protruding out. Very dangerous. Chaise lounges around the pool are a norm and were in photos, but were missing. It was impossible to lay down by the pool. Master beds are too high - with bed frame, there is no need for a box spring. We are all tall - over 5’8 and still had to climb up to bed. And, they both make a lot of noise when you move, which is frustrating at night. There are basically enough items for 1.25 kitchens, but not two. Not enough plates, bowls, knives, and glasses for both units. Only one cutting board, colander, griddle, mixer. Missing several normal items: large pot, pot holders, kitchen towels, mixing bowls, plastic bowls to keep leftovers. We had a nice time, but the owner definitely needs to fix up a few things.

This rental was clean and was located in a nice area. Great place for a family gathering with a nice deck and pool. There is a short walk to the beach with public access. One recommendation would be a new outdoor grill. Otherwise, we had a great time!

Great beach house. The pool and deck were great. The owners were very responsive with the small issues we had during our stay.

Overall, we had a great time at Bill's property. The deck is unbelievable, which really was the highlight of the trip. We were traveling with four adults and 6 children, ages 4 months to 6 years. Here are our pros and cons: Pros: -Amazing deck and pool with plenty of seating -Easy 10 minute walk to public beach access (I'm sure it would be faster if you weren't walking with small kiddos) -Quiet, family-friendly street -Storage closet for beach gear -Good sized rooms Considerations: -The deck is wood, and our kiddos got dozens (not an exaggeration) of splinters. Be sure to bring tweezers or a needle! -The top bunk in the south unit doesn't have a guard rail, so it was unsafe to use for our children. We had to put the mattress on the floor -Both units were sandy when we arrived (even on the beds). This is a beach house, so we get it, but just a heads up. Bill was quick to respond to our requests. Our kids had an amazing time, and it was a trip we will remember!

The house was great! The owners responded fast to every question we had. One of the owners greeted us on arrival. He was there checking on the fridge, and told us if we had any problems to call him directly. He made sure that the WiFi was working for us, and even made sure we knew how to operate the Smart TVs. We never had any issues with the fridge or anything. The kids loved the pool, and the sand on the volleyball court. The only thing that did not work was the tv in one of the bunk bed rooms. We could not get it to turn on. It did not ruin the vacation at all! We did not even bother the owners about it. The kids stayed outside anyway! Would definitely recommend this house!

This was a very nice place to stay. The area was quite and the location was directly across the street from the beach. I would truly recommend this house.

Nice beach house for multiple families as the units connect. We really enjoyed the pool and deck area!
